Went into Jamba to order a few things and Chris was solo dolo rocking it! Fast, pleasant, organized and a real gem to watch in action. Chris had a ton of orders and walk-ins and was hustling. GOOD JOB Chris!!

I’ve been a faithful customer for the past few years, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars between smoothies, food, and juices. I came in today to get a protein berry workout, and I usually modify it a little bit , I usually have my own vanilla protein powder, which they have allowed me to use in the past, apparently this random new guy just took over this location and wouldn’t allow me to use my own protein powder in which he claims it could cause cross contamination and they’re not allowed to do it. What if I was allergic to their own protein? I’m not asking him to give me anything for free. I’m very disappointed with his outcome and I guarantee you just lost a customer for life.

Despite being crazy busy, the manager was incredibly helpful and also super supportive of his employees. I really appreciated his attitude and demeanor.

The acai bowl was fine, but the customer service is horrible. The young lady, Brendy (that's the name on the receipt) has zero customer service skills. When I walked in the establishment she was standing there at the register. She Didn't say a word to me just looked at me so I wasn't sure if she was was working on something with the register. So a few moments went by and she is still staring at me, never said hello or how can I help you. So I asked her if she was ready and she said yes. I gave her my order and stepped aside. The young lady that came in after me was greeted with a smile and her order was even completed before mine. That too was given to her with a smile. She put my order on the counter when it was ready and walked away, still never saying a word. She needs to be coached on customer service for everyone that enters this establishment.

You guys say the store close at 8 pm why the Orange machine is already down at 6pm? You should put that on the menu, dont come to the store to get orange juice before 6 pm bc matchine will be already down.... is not the first time I come to this location telling me the orange matching is already clean and can't make me a drink ...

Pumpkin bowl was tasty but difficult to not turn into a huge mess. Wheatgrass is no longer fresh-squeezed. It’s bottled. Somehow lacks the “UMPH!” of the squeezed-to-order product and orange slice no longer
