Placed an online order it would’ve been nice for the phone number to this actual location actually worked so I can call and cancel an order and possibly get a refund. However, the phone does not work. I called multiple times and customer service only gives you an email online so now I’m out of $10.57 due to them not answering the phone.

The one employee did not speak as I came in waited a few minutes but she never spoke looked as if I wasn’t supposed to be there it’s not what I’m use to from other locations I understand being busy but welcoming and letting the customer know will be appreciated next time

Just came in the place is very clean calm they were training a new employee to be very honest. She might be rough. I don’t know just kidding. She’s gonna be great for you guys. She just needs a lot of training. I got the strawberries wild with whey protein, and the daily vitamin And the white gummy which it’s been years that I’ve been here but I remember when the white gummy was not on the menu and it was a secret. Menu item they were very kind, friendly professional, and the drinks taste delicious. I wish I lived by a Jamba Juice. A lot of people here in Texas. I have not heard of Jamba Juice and I come from a place where we love our Jamba Juice so much better than smoothie King thank you guys. You’re a great and good luck to the new girl.

I've been coming to this location for 2 years now. The 2 faces that I see the most, behind the counter, are Alexis and Fred. Everytime I come in, they are always helpful and enthusiastic to serve me. Alexis has also been promoted to store manager, recently. Very well deserved for him! This location is very convenient but Alexis and Fred make this location worth coming to.

They were out of everything yet still accepting orders. They said I have to contact support for a refund and support told me they closed it with no refund and will have to contact the store management themselves… I won’t be returning here again as a customer. Their store number is unreachable meaning I or anyone else will not be able to reach them to solve my issue and make this right. I WILL be returning until this is resolved and to make it clear how inconveniencing you’ve made this for me anyways. This is BS. Your own manager didn’t even know how to contact support and this situation shows I am not secure with this location in my order placing.
