You guys say the store close at 8 pm why the Orange machine is already down at 6pm? You should put that on the menu, dont come to the store to get orange juice before 6 pm bc matchine will be already down.... is not the first time I come to this location telling me the orange matching is already clean and can't make me a drink ...

I just wanted to give a shout out to Hazel. I started going here on my way home from work and she has been absolutely amazing. Super sweet girl, and makes sure that the customers are happy. Because of her, I will continue to come here!!

We came in at 7 knowing already they close at 8 already knowing what to order adding stragglers because we haven't been in a while. I understand that they closed in an hour but saying you can make something because of it is outrageous! We came in AN HOUR before them closing I believe that all items should still be very capable of being made. I work in a restaurant so I understand that some items may take longer but it never once stopped them from getting the item that they desired. Service sucked came in and they didn't greet nothing just said do you know what you want. No type of customer service etiquette what so ever. My pretezel was cold, the waffle was luke warm . I'm disappointed to see the customer service industry decline so much, espically as a waitress myself.

The experience was absolutely terrible . The girl w braids who was working in the front had a very bad attitude and service was terrible. She wasn’t just talking to the customers with an attitude but her coworker as well . So I was trying to use my app to place my order and I was new to using the app . It was taking me some time to figure it out and she deliberately kept telling me what to do but not in a helpful way . She was more so talking to me like a child . So at that Point I told her I don’t want to use the app. I just want to order . She was still insisting I use the app and still was talking at me not guiding me or showing me exactly what I needed to do she was extremely rude and I told her before I wanted to skip the app and just order . So once again I said let me just order I don’t want to use this app it’s too much and I had things to do . Soooo I didn’t leave a tip because I didn’t like how she was talking to me or her attitude so I just hit no tip and I signed . So she had the audacity to put the tip sign back up and these were the words that came out her mouth “ you need to finish this part love “. I said I already finished that there’s no need for me to go back and do it again . Clearly she seen I didn’t tip her and she tried to get me to tip anyways because she seen I didn’t . WHICH IS Ridiculous! I’m not tipping anybody who gives bad service . So another customer came in having trouble with the app and she talked to him the same exact way . she at least needs to be corrected on how she talks and handles customers . You don’t talk to grown adults like children and not help them with simple things because “they may not understand how the app works “ . If she had a attitude and didn’t want to come to work she shouldn’t have came or she could’ve left that at home . This also reflects on the manager and the type of people the manager is hiring . Please do better and hire better people.
