⚠️ EXTREMELY DANGEROUS NEGLIGENCE – SEVERE ALLERGY INCIDENT ⚠️ This place put my child’s life at risk. A donut was handled with peanut paste and then placed directly into the container, contaminating both the donut and the entire box. There was visible peanut residue on the donut and inside the container. My child has a severe peanut allergy. After one bite, within 5 minutes, my child went into a serious allergic reaction at school. The school nurse had to administer an EpiPen immediately to stop the reaction. This resulted in: Emergency medical intervention 6 hours of monitoring at the pediatric ER Extreme fear, trauma, and risk that was 100% preventable What went wrong: No allergy-safe handling procedures No separation between peanut products and non-peanut items Gross cross-contamination Complete disregard for food allergy safety Failure to protect customers — especially children Food allergies are not preferences — they are life-threatening medical conditions. One careless action could have cost my child their life. Until this business takes food allergy safety seriously, no family with allergies should feel safe eating here. I hope management understands the gravity of what happened before someone is hurt even worse.

Sadly the quality has dropped off recently. Too bad as these used to be my favorite donuts in the area. Hopefully they can correct whatever has gone wrong.

I asked if the cronuts were made fresh today. She said yes. I bought six. She gave me the cronuts in the back of the display case. IF YOU WANT FRESH MADE SELECT THE CRONUTS CLOSEST TO Y O U NOT HER ! I will NOT buy here again

I have been going here for over 20 years. Love this place. Today the cashier was incredibly short and rude. Asked a question and was given a short answer with a face of how stupid are u lady. No smile. Didnt even get everything I asked for. Just disappointed all around.

These are probably the best donuts in DFW! I got the creme brulee, a small custard filled, and strawberry glazed croissant donut. All were extremely fresh and flavorful! The owner working the shop was quite pleasant as well. Unfortunately I inhaled the donuts and didn't take a photo.
Always fresh and friendly service. Pretty busy weekend mornings (understandable) but if you have time give them a try

Maybe I just received a bad batch, but it was my first time ordering, and the Halloween donuts didn't taste fresh despite picking them up 2 hours after opening. The presentation was a bit messy. Unfortunately, the quality of donuts didn't match its price for me.
