This is one of the best donut places in Dallas and I'll scream it from the rooftops until everyone tries it.The donuts are always fresh, the presentation is top notch, and price is great for the value. I've never gotten a bad order. Personaly I would recommend the creme brulee donut. It's got a amazing, crisp glaze and the filling is delicious.

After very slowly and explicitly spelling out a word for them to create, they still misspelled it. They didn’t care that they messed up. They also would not refund me. When I called to speak with them about it, I was hung up on. If you have an event that is important and you need donuts, do not go here!!

I went today for a pickup order and accidentally put the order for the next day. The lady who assisted me corrected the order then and there without any issues. I’ve only order 3 donuts and she simply did something to fill in my box. Felt like a wholesome moment and delicious donuts ?

I love Jarams and since it’s opening, I have been coming for years. Recently their card machine has been acting up, in the process they attempt to get you to swipe your card again. Each time I go they take it from my bank account. They always proceed to tell me that the money will void and be back in my bank after processing but that is never the case. It always takes the money. Because I no longer want to swipe or tap my card 2 times for 2 different transactions each time I go and double pay. It’s continuously a bad experience and the owner always says things that make me seem like I’m stealing from her store. Either way don’t recommend going unless you have cash. Sucks cause they have the best donuts in the neighborhood.

The donuts are great, but too expensive, and their pay system is always broken. They tell you swipe again please and you show them it was taken from my account showing them the bank transaction and the Asian lady says oh it’s processing… I know she knows how a bank account works and proceeds to say that I’m just going to give them to you. You didn’t give me anything, I paid for it and sure enough on Monday I checked again and the payment went through. This has happened to me several times and she does the same thing again whispering to swipe again please. Just fix your machine!! I came back because hoping with business like they have, they would fix the system that’s broken. Take cash or keep going….

Came out of donut retirement (9 1/2-10 years) to try Cronuts - a cross between a croissant and donut. It's 2-layered, baked together. Discovered via Simpsons episode! Glazed: was best, but wasn't special. Similar to grocery store in taste.PB&J: Too much PB, imo (although not visually); wrong jelly , imo (couldn't really tell: it was bright red, so strawberry or cherry; would've been better with grape or raspberry!)Custard: not the best tasting custard; wasn't bad, but would've been better on the INSIDE. Just my 2¢...Packaging can be rethought, as icing is removed from top in to-go containers. Maybe wax paper? $12 for these 3 artisan doughnuts; I'd say good pricing!Parking is basically next door at the Bank, or 7-11.Could definitely return! (Hours: 6am - 12 noon)
