They saved the day!! I had placed a catering order at Kroger for 3 pm on February 17th. When I arrived they had not made it and were not willing to make it when I arrived and just kept trying to get a manager to come over. I had a party starting at 5 and could not continue to wait. In desperation, I called Jason's deli and they had catering platters ready for me in 30 minutes!!! Thank you so much for helping a person in need!!!!Parking: I was in and out in a flash!

Eat here often but recently made an order when they were closed even though Google said they were open. I called to have the order canceled and they said it was refunded but they never refunded the order. I spoke with the manager who told me the order never went through and my card was declined so they would not issue me a refund. I have an email confirming the order and also my bank statement. I called my bank who confirmed that the charge did go through and now they have to make a claim against Jason deli and I may or may not ever get paid back for an order that I never received. Not the end of the world but definitely will not be eating here again.
