The Store Manager, Alex, does a great job of managing the store. It is always clean and nice. The food is consistently good and we enjoy coming here for lunch.

Arrived at the end of the lunch time rush. Still clean, salad bar was fully stocked and also clean. We both had salad bar and ice cream. We were going home from the hospital and will stop there again the next time we head into Dallas.

Somehow my food order got lost and it took longer than usual. Since I eat here regularly, I knew something wasn't right, I just walked to the serving desk and asked about my order. The gentleman that usually brings food to the tables was very attentive and got my order corrected right away. I went back to my table and a minute later he came to me to tell me that my order was being prepared. A few minutes more and my food arrived.While I was enjoying my sandwich, the manager came to my table and apologized for the mistake and without me asking, issued a full refund. I thanked him and told him that was not necessary but he had already done it.I enjoy coming here, the food is always frexh and great.Sorry for the long post but it's worth to mention.Thanks to the whole team!!
I love coming here… they have great customer service and never mess up my order. They play chill music and plenty of seating so I can enjoy my food in peace plus the food is amazing ?.

Great food and great salad bar. I love this place.
Edit: I've never seen this place crowded, and the food is always fresh. Today's the first time in years I had their salad bar instead of my usual sandwich and it's still great. The manager quickly resolved an issue from another store, too. I definitely need to start visiting more often. PS if you don't want a salad bar, the muffalettas and club sandwiches are always great and my usual thing.Parking: Lots of parking, but it may be crowded right in front of the store. Also watch out for the speeders on the access road.

Several months ago I tried the Turkey wrap, have gotten several times since then.Got one yesterday, about 1/2 the size of what they have been.Very disappointing, before I could eat 1/2 of wrap, eat the fruit and be full, yesterdays size wasn’t what they’ve been, pay more get less.

I busted my to go container while making my to go salad. I went to try to purchase another one but was given another container and extra bag to carry. Thank you Guys. The Arlington location was not this courteous.
