OK - the big sign on the front door says it all - this location is closing in late-April/early-May. that's all you need to know to stop going to this location. i've done my best to visit this location every 4-6 weeks since they reopened for inside dining. It is just bad and going south quickly. There was no ice, just water, in the marginally-sanitary open bins...the dispenser on the soda machine is actually safer and more sanitary...but, we can't use that, can we? The tables are sticky. The food...jeez, where do we start. The pastrami on the NY Yankee was literally inedible. I could not even bite through it and it literally looked like something cut off a shoe sole or a lab experiment. The corned beef - while edible - was fatty and flavorless. The gumbo - once a STAR of the soup menu - was old, tasted old, the shrimp were both mealy and rubbery... So...do yourself a favor and just drive on by this one. It'll be closed soon enough to contribute to a plethora of empty retail space in this strip center in N. Dallas/Addison.

California Club is the #1 sandwich! I’ve only gotten curbside pickup from this location, but it never disappoints and is always ready on time

I did not have a good experience at all at this location. The staff was rude and apparently they do not wash their dishes. I will not be back.

Disappointed that their carry out takes precedence over a Customer standing in the restaurant and wanting to place an order. I counted 7 people and none of them wanted to help. To many local businesses that would want my order to waste my time with these folks. I was a loyal 2-3 time a month customer. 2 meals at about 10. Each time. 700. A year they just gave up.

I ordered food through door dash, two entries and two gallons of ice tea. The food was satisfactory, but one of the gallons of ice tea was weak, it was watered down so bad that it looked like dirty water. When I called door dash they told me to contact Jason's deli. When I contacted Jason's deli, I spoke with a manager whom was less than helpful and rather rude in dealing with this issue. He told me to contact DD, which I explained to him that I did already and they told me to contact JD. This manager was unwilling to help me and pretty much told me that it was to bad and I had to deal with it. When I asked for the GM's phone and name all I got was an email address. This JD's management is less than professional and worthless. "Buyer beware!!!"

Been our GoTo for years. The manager tonight was completely incompetent, rude, and full of himself. Broccoli soup was stone cold. Manager prepared both of our meals. Soup and sandwiches took 20min. I carried cold Soup two steps from our table to end of counter. It took two full minutes to get anyone's attention. Manager finally came down to end of counter and I smiled, saying sorry to bother you but my soup is cold. He replied, do not leave your table without a mask. The place was EMPTY. Twenty minutes later I returned to counter to ask for a cone to get ice cream. Another 2-3 minute wait. Yes, I had my mask. I had to go to front of counter to get someone's attn. I still had to holler to manager to get his attention. He kept his back to me while pointing his knife to the end of the counter, where I started and where cones are, stating "wait at the end of the counter and someone will help you. 2min later he asked a young girl to help me, but she could not reach the cones. This manager treated two other customers with equal disregard during our 40min meal. He doesn't understand customer service and he cannot manage a staff of 3 with very few customers. Really bad experience.

I am somewhat of a regular at this location partially due to the spectacular service I always receive. The employees are always so polite and I really enjoy coming in just to talk with them. My order is always correct and the quality of food is amazing. My favorite thing is the California Club and the broccoli cheddar soup, if you get them you will not regret it. I can’t say enough great things about Jason’s Deli and specifically this location!

Food is good and all but they really shouldn’t have a curbside pickup option if they’re not going to staff for it. 2 times (out of two) that I get put on hold for 10+ minutes before hanging up and going inside to get my food.Note: Initially wrote this for the wrong location and got in contact with the manager in Frisco, who forwarded it onto the Frankford location's manager.Update: Got to speak with the local manager about potential changes to prevent 10+ minute hold times, when they're busy. When I was there again (also at lunch time), I actually saw the manager walking curbside pickup out to cars and no line inside.

On our way home from an afternoon of errands decided to stop for a hot sandwich. We hadn't been to this location before, it was easy to find right off the frontage rd. They weren't crowded (in fact it looked like I was the only customer) both guys behind the counter wore masks and the clerk was really friendly and helpful. I am part of their email club and had a $5 off food coupon for my birthday, which was very much appreciated, was sweet he wished a happy birthday twice while I was there. I got the New Yorker-3/4 lb of meat on rye bread and I do believe we got that much sandwich was huge. The sandwich was delicous and I will order it again next time.

I always receive great service here. The salads are top notch and I love the option of olive oil and vinegar. I am very glad they continued operations in spite of the Covid virus.

I have gotten good service here. On both of my recent visits, I was treated well and didn't have to wait long for my order, which was the club royale and chips. The sandwich was served fresh and tasted well, and the chips were good too. I recall Jason's Deli being renowned for their sweet tea and have had it from other locations but was not impressed with it here.
