I hope the corporate team reviews this feedback seriously, because this location needs immediate improvement in pricing accuracy, order handling, and basic customer service.
I visit Jason’s Deli very often and usually order the same meal: a sandwich, salad bar, and soup. However, the Belt Line location has repeatedly overcharged me and handled my concerns very poorly.
One time, I ordered the salad bar with soup, but I was charged the full soup price instead of the discounted combo price. Today, I ordered the same thing again, but this time they gave me a side salad instead of the salad bar and charged me the non-discounted soup price.
I have absolutely no reason to pay more money for a side salad when I clearly order the salad bar every time. These mistakes feel less like accidents and more like careless.
What made this worse is that when I asked for my order to be corrected, the employee blamed me and said I ordered wrong.
I love Jason's Deli except Belt line location . 😅

Thus far, I’ve had two great experiences during my two visits. Today, would be my 1st. time trying their Irish Potato soup…Dandy-Delicious! The 2 Caucasian ladies I’ve being assisted by are lovely and genuine in nature. I appreciate them very much.

Consistently good food. Tables and floors are kept clean, salad bar ingredients are fresh. Orders are taken quickly, food is prepared quickly making this a great place for lunch when there’s more of a time crunch. Also good for dinner. Overall experience was great.

Fresh and delicious veggies and fruit in the salad bar. Great assortment of ice teas, diet drinks,and regular drinks. Salad bar was continually refilled. Sound quality allowed for conversation at the table. The best was the free ice cream treat to top off the meal!

We had 150 of the boardroom boxes delivered and they were on time and they even helped us organize the 3 different kind of sandwich boxes so it was much easier to distribute to everyone at the event. Super smooth process with No issues whatsoever….we will definitely use them again!!

Went inside for take out. Place didn’t look bad but employees seemed drained and dead in the eyes. None greeted us. One woman who rang us up seemed nice.
$14. Ordered the Spicy Sicilian chips and drink. The saddest sandwich I have ever seen in my life, and I’ve witnessed three year olds make a better ham and cheese. Almost no meat on it. Didn’t expect it to be like the picture but I thought there’d be something to it- maybe meat idk. I was thinking of returning to the store to complain but chose not to even bother.
On the bright side the salad bar looked good. Don’t go here if you are going to order take away and not even glance at what they give you before you get home. Go to Schlotzsky’s or even Jimmy John’s over this place.
