Very nice place, food was delicious, service was a 10!!

We celebrated 2 birthdays while here for a lovely dinner. The appetizers, dinner and desserts were all marvelous. The service was very friendly, helpful and attentive. You can't ask for more in a restaurant!

Our business Team met here for an evening meal at the end of our conference and it was a really nice experience. The appetizers were good and the steak was really good. Plus, the dessert was really nice. The atmosphere is a plus and our servers were on their game. A great experience for our Team.

Good food, staff that night was great, but just know... everything is ala cart... so, this can be a costly dinner. Most of the dinners had a BBQ flair, which was fine, but do ask if they can do it another way, if you are not into BBQ. They can oblige with certain dishes.

I had bad luck with my operation and I went through a very strong infection, Dr Agbomian was pending at each stage until I completely healed, I can't imagine someone more professional, capable, excellent Dr Agbomian , great human quality. a thousand% recommended. I dare to say the best in everything!

I reserved a table for 4 for NYE weeks in advance. 3 days prior, I receive a text informing me (for the first time) that dinner will be from a pre-selected menu and will be $90/per person. Realize that if I order the same exact options on December 30th, it would be $44. So, Jasper's leaves me with these 2 choices: (1) pay double what you would normally pay (not 20% more, but 100% more), or (2) cancel my reservation and hope to find reservations at another restaurant within 72 hours of NYE (good luck!). Here's the stunning part: when I contacted Jaspers to inquire about this, the young lady on the phone went to get the manager and then returned to say he was "in a meeting with the chefs." I asked, "at 5:45?" She said "yes." She then took my name and number and said the manager would call me back. Big surprise! NO CALL. I'm not sure how Jasper's could have treated a customer more poorly. Needless to say, Jasper's is off my list of places I will do business in the future.

The atmosphere is excellent and the service is off the chain. I had some of the best fried brussel sprouts and herb chicken.

Service not good! Had a reservation, they were not ready for us. We had 12 for a birthday party, service was poor, food was average and the bill was too much for what they do not offer! Poor poor service!

The food was everything!!! Great service .

Restaurant very empty. Went for a birthday dinner. Our party ordered 3 meals. Two came out in a reasonable time. One came out 20 minutes later. The late meal was supposed to be medium rare steak. It was still mooing. The center was cold and red. The waitress took it back to the kitchen. Still rare and inedible. So she offered to substitute a salad instead. It came out with black slimy leaves. At least that meal was comped by the excellent waitress. Front of the house - excellent. Back of the house a total failure.

We had dinner at Jasper's Uptown on Friday night, December 4. We were excited since we hadn't been since it changed hands. As we entered the restaurant, we saw a woman and man standing by the hostess desk with no masks on. The man was walking back and forth through the bar area. I asked the hostess if they did not require masks and she said that they did. The woman was blocking our way to the table so I waited until she went over to the bar. On the way to our table, we explained to the hostess that it wasn't her fault and told her that it bothered us when people don't seem to care about the health of other people. After seating us, the hostess told us that the couple were, in fact, the owners. We we pretty shocked that Business owners would be such a bad example to their employees and customers, not to mention flagrantly violating a law. We will not be back!

This former location of Abacus is now Jaspers Uptown and if you are familiar with Jaspers in Legacy (which is now gone) you will find this to be a wonderful new location for an old favorite. The menu has changed slightly and all of us at dinner learned it was due to COVID-19. The restaurant was fully staffed and sadly we were the only diners from our 6 PM reservation until around 7 PM. The service was the usual Jasper’s standard - fast, efficient without being overbearing. All of our food choices were prepared exactly as ordered and served piping hot. After our drink orders were taken and served the three of us started with the yummy blue cheese chips. This was followed by our dinner choices: fried pineapple bowl (which was an unexpected delight), a massively huge cheese burger, and the salmon. All were delicious and while we focused on dinner our sides should not go uncommitted upon - the japaleno corn and crispy Brussel sprouts were excellent choices which were suggested by our server. We had the entire place to ourselves for about an hour and as we lingered over after dinner drinks and coffee we watched as Jasper’s diners slowly began to come in - which we were happy to see for Jasper’s sake. All “rules” were strictly followed, the food and drink was incredible so come on out and enjoy a meal outside the home. You can’t miss with Jaspers Uptown!

Jaspers Uptown in Dallas is amazing! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is top notch. From the valet service to the host to the wait staff, all the way around excellent service. Very nice atmosphere as well. Definitely a “must try”! I’ve been there twice now and will definitely go there again. I’m looking forward to it!

We were celebrating my parent's anniversary and mine and my husband's anniversary. They went out of their way to make our night special and memorable. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! We'll definitely be heading back there soon!
