The workers helping us were awesome too, great customer service.Giving three stars because the portions are so small. It’s $7 for 2 scoops of ice creams, and when say scoops they really mean one small scoop. You know how most ice cream places take the scoop into the ice cream like 2-3 times & that’s a scoop? Not this place. I paid $20 for 2 orders of their signature 2 small scoops & a drink. That’s wild. Would def go back if I’m in the area but

I want to give a shout out to Kobe. When we arrived he immediately washed his hands and greeted us. He gave us a good run down of all the flavors and profiles. Let us sample and gave us really good recommendations for pairing flavors. Just overall wonderful.Our son is still talking about Mr Kobe’s ice cream. ?Great selection of dairy free ice creams and sorbets. The ice cream here was great! The scoop sizes were pretty generous, and it was presented well (I love the extra waffle piece they add on). The space itself is quite tiny, so it can be a little packed wid there are several people there, especially as they ask for samples. Pretty solid choice all things considered though!

Amazing service and cute little place overall. The staff were very welcoming and all of the flavors we taste we amazing in flavor. I presented for a Yelp event however a return was in our immediate future. I'd describe this place of SMALL but Yummy. I mean it when I say small as only a good 3-4 people can fit in the location comfortably in the heat or cold weather without crowded each other. The staff was very friendly and allowed our children to taste a couple of flavors and suggested several more which was nice. The boys were able to make a decision fairly quick. I enjoyed the vegan flavor of chocolate, there were other dairy free options that were also yummy. Because of the area this Jeni's is located we will return if shopping or walking around and we desire ice cream.

Super nice staff! The girls let me sample a lot and offered me the Rum Ball which was amazing and I got it with Gooey Buttr cake.Very sweet flavors but they let you sample.No indoor seating but they validate parking!Vegetarian options: I think all the flavors are vegetarian bc it’s only cream

The staff here is amazing and will let you try as many samples as you want, I think it tried like 6 the first time! I really really want to like this place but for some reason I just don't think the flavors are that great. It's almost like they have too many flavors that are okay instead of a few flavors that are great. This time I got the salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks and it was pretty good but after about half it started tasting strange and I ended up throwing the rest away. It hits the sweet tooth but I would rather stop by Tom Thumb for a pint of something else instead.

I loved jenis. But this place is Newley open and not like the other stores. The experience is not the same and it’s kinda bland. Some employees are really nice and give good suggestions but the rest are rude and you can tell they don’t care. I remember these two names. dawn and I believe the store manager is venessa. These two never help employee when it’s busy or help customers with questions about the menu. Mind you if they wouldn’t have told me not to record I would have evidence of water bugs/roaches, and flys. Jenis do better

Their ice cream doesn't disappoint. Still one of the best out there. This one is located right next to the W Hotel and street parking is very limited. But if you happen to be visiting around there, there is a parking structure if you only stay less than 15min you get to park for free
