Horrible experience. Made an online order to make a quick pick up since I work on the go. Pick up time was 12:05. I waited 30 mins at the store and the guy kept saying they’re working on it and working on it. Just so the guy can say they never made it. And I had to wait for them to make the other orders that came first. That’s horrible customer service all around

There are always a million people here and they are as slow as can be. Anything ordered hot from the grill takes 20 minutes to get and no one has a sense of urgency.

Worst Jersey Mike's ive EVER been to. I was in line for like 20 minutes they had about 10 workers and were all just being slow and lazy. Not one person there showed motivation to work. The food was trash, all around this is the worst Jersey Mike's in the Dallas area. 1st and LAST time I go to this location. They should have payed me just to stay in that line

Ordered delivery - the sandwich is missing everything I selected except lettuce tomatoes, onions and green peppers. $20 for this. This place has gone downhill since the past 2 years.

I placed an online pickup order for chipotle cheese chicken. They made me chipotle steak. I told I don’t eat beef the cook said it’s time for him to go out. Ask the others who work to make me the sandwich. I showed the order to Spanish girls. They wrote it down and made me again chipotle cheese steak sandwich. I told them and I walked out.

You need to check the health score on this place but yesterday there was a girl working at lunch that think just because she wears gloves that she can touch any part of her body! She decided to dig into her ear and scratch it prior to grabbing my bread and making the sandwich
Obviously, I turned around and walked out, she asked me if everything was OK and I told her what it happened and she denied it!
These are the little things that end up making people sick and ruining the reputation of the shop because somebody is not sharp enough to take care of their business!

I placed an online order for my lunch hour. Parking was terrible, so you could imagine I was pressed for time. The young employee, with multiple tattoos asked me, what is your name? I stated my name, she proceeded to say “what is your name?” I said my name for the second time, she then rolled her eyes and shoved my lunch over the counter. To top it off the guy with tattoos all over his neck looked to his coworker like it was my fault. Tip to the franchisee “spend some time during the interview process. You give JM a bad name. Good day.

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s for my children and was very disappointed with the experience. The service was unfriendly, and our food was prepared incorrectly. The atmosphere was not welcoming, and when I tried calling to report the issue, the same employee who made our subs answered the phone was rude, disrespectful, and repeatedly hung up.
This was a complete waste of my time and money, only to get treated bad in the end. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. It reflects poorly on the Jersey Mike’s brand and is not up to the values and quality service the company promotes
