Descent sandwich. They need a better process for handling carryout. When busy, there’s major disfunction behind the counter and next to impossible to get your food. Just lots of customers standing around waiting for their name to be called.

We have ordered Uber Eats from here a total of four times with today being the most recent time. Two of the four times a whole sandwich was missing and three of the four times the delivery took forever and I can only guess that that is because the store didn't even see that the order was placed. A delivery today took well over an hour and it just kept saying preparing order for close to 40 minutes. I finally had to call the store to ask them what was going on. This will be the last time we order from this Jimmy John's.

Hire competent workers who are educated in reading comprehension! When I make requests and they do the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I've asked for my order (example, no cheese, and then giving me EXTRA cheese??? What? How these workers that do a half a*sed job are still employed here, is beyond me. People shouldnt get paid to NOT do their jobs!
