Sandwiches will always be perfect but the 3 lady’s working Saturday evening do not greet or show that I was welcomed the lady with pink lipstick acted like she didn’t wanna make my sandwich.. now I have to find a new location to go to no hospitality at all

Rude workers, despite getting a tip, and totally different than any other location I’ve been to. No wonder it’s empty everytime I go there, but somehow still have to wait lol. If you have the option go anywhere else you can. High price for bad service. I suspect the employees are doing this so they don’t get as many customers and can sit around by destroying the locations revenue.

Worst experience at any business ever. Zero rating for all the above. Walked in on Saturday 8/9/2025. No other customers in the restaurant, two employees behind counter. I was never acknowledged or asked if I could be helped. Stood at counter for at least 5 minutes and was still ignored. Left without ever being acknowledged, will never go back to this location. My son and I came here tonight and had a great time! Everybody here is always friendly, engaging, and funny lol we talked about sports and video games while they successfully multi-tasked lol always impressed with this location. Thank you all!

Sandwich was coated in oil, so much that the bread was soggy. Would have been a good sandwich if it wasn't for all that oil.

Upon arrival I was not greeted and the gentleman behind the counter ignored the Doordash/Uber driver. He was plain rude and did not listen to the fact that he had a pickup. I overstand long days, and bad ones, however, we have to still TRY and be kind. Especially when customer service is at the forefront. I left without ordering.

I just want to shout out Dekembae (I’m so sorry for how I spell his name). I was so indecisive and he was so patient and gave suggestions. Also, I have a gluten allergy (and I know, coming to a sandwich shop, I’m risking it) but he wiped everything down and used squeezable condiments that was just super attentive to detail. You guys have a rockstar there.
Jersey Mike's sees to really be on top of their game not only with the awesome Subs they serve that are one of a kind but their customer service is always top of the line at every location that I have been to and I have visited many!! This particular location on Lemmon Ave in Dallas TX had a mother and her son and daughter working at this location and I would have never noticed until I was told as they served my order!!! Just like this perfect trio all had the awesome service I know from Jersey Mike's is the same exact perfect service I have known since my first stop there!!!

Service Courtney nailed making our sandwiches from my family and me to perfection, I mean who doesn't love a good sandwich artist? All staff is relief friendly. Overall, the Store is very well kept, no messy surprises here. Definitely recommend this location to everyone!!!

I go in here often but the team last saturday night is alright with me! I came in like 830, just before closing and i could tell they were ready to end the night…no one looks forward to last min customers anywhere….but the 3 of them were so calm cool and collected. they didn’t have attitudes about making your sandwich, were helpful, and went above n beyond. plus the fact that I always get a good and well made sandwich! they could never make me hate them

Very bad attitude from the first coach... the dark-haired boy with glasses who is shorter than the next coach... it's a shame that they are not identified with their respective names, I hope the management of this place can put him in his place... he talks to you and tells you He looked in a bad way, he took out the order that wasn't it... and then when I was already at the table before starting to eat... he told me to return the food and exchange it for another prepared to his liking... without asking... CHOOSE BETTER TO ITS WORKERS!!
