Took them an hour to make a simple freaking sandwich.

I stopped at this location after my visit to the Drs because I was in the mood for a Philly Cheese steak and Jersey Mike's is the Only place I'll get them. Friendly staff and great food and it pays to sign up in the app because I had enough points to get a free Giant Philly that's normally $16ish clean inside as well as the bathroom.

I use to love to grab a sandwich here. But now they expect a 20% tip for fast food service. This tipping garbage is getting out of hand. I don’t go here anymore so I can avoid the dirty looks of the high school kid making my sandwich when I don’t leave a tip. I will come back when the tipping option is removed from the card reader.

This specific store always messes up my order one day it’s the bread and today they messed up 2 out of 4 toppings on my sandwich I only got mustard and ham on my sandwich and I ordered mustard, ham, pickles, and lettuce also instead of my normal bread they always give me rosemary bread even though I specifically ask for white

Came in around 7:30 pm Tuesday 10/1 ordered three combos, dropped 40 plus dollars along with a tip. We had our sandwiches inside. Went to refill my drink and no more refills. It seems that even with this location closing at 9pm when you pay for a drink, no refills after 8pm. Luckily there are other locations because I won't be visiting this one again.

I go to Jersey mikes often but the crew working at 6:30 on Sunday 6/7 is amazing. Very professional, clean space, welcoming atmosphere, and the guy making sandwiches is a pro. Haven’t eaten my sandwich yet. Good hiring

Mine and my Family's 2nd time to visit Jersey Mike's since relocating to Texas from Kentucky. It is truly a great submarine sandwiches shop with incredibly fresh ingredients and good chips and sodas to choose from! We highly recommend it, BUT do be careful entering and exiting this particular location as it's in a heavily trafficked shopping center with lots of cars, trucks, vans and SUVs to and through it all day every day. Other than that and a kind of limited seating area inside no complaints about Jersy Mike's on Skillman in the Lake Highlands Community. See y'all there for a great, "Sub Above" experience!

Parking: Parking available, BUT it's in a busy shopping center with lots of patrons busy trying to break the land speed record for entering, exiting or just taking a short cut through the place to totally avoid having to stop at a traffic light, stop sign or fourway stop! Operate accordingly here folks!

Kid-friendliness: Jersy Mike's can most assuredly be considered kid friendly -- adult and child alike! Plenty of fresh cookies and what looks like brownies or fig Newton bars to choose from and there is a kid's menu there to choose from as well. Enjoy!

Wheelchair accessibility: It is handicap accessible throughout, BUT space is limited. For folks with walkers, mobility scooters or power wheelchairs use caution entering and exiting this particular location.

It's a great place. The assembly line is run by a bunch of inattentive kids so make sure you watch carefully for what you asked for add-ons.
