Jersey Mike's Subs

I was told to come up there for a remade sandwich that was wrong, only to be told that no one told me too. They made me out to be a liar and beggar. Not the normal service I normally get at Jersey Mike, especially from the manager.

A very great sub staff was training a girl and she was doing a great job make the sandwich hats off to her

I placed a special order our school’s basketball team and everything from start to finish was great! The staff all really cared about taking care of us… and the sandwiches are always delicious!

Took them an hour to make a simple freaking sandwich.

I stopped at this location after my visit to the Drs because I was in the mood for a Philly Cheese steak and Jersey Mike's is the Only place I'll get them. Friendly staff and great food and it pays to sign up in the app because I had enough points to get a free Giant Philly that's normally $16ish clean inside as well as the bathroom.

I use to love to grab a sandwich here. But now they expect a 20% tip for fast food service. This tipping garbage is getting out of hand. I don’t go here anymore so I can avoid the dirty looks of the high school kid making my sandwich when I don’t leave a tip. I will come back when the tipping option is removed from the card reader.

This specific store always messes up my order one day it’s the bread and today they messed up 2 out of 4 toppings on my sandwich I only got mustard and ham on my sandwich and I ordered mustard, ham, pickles, and lettuce also instead of my normal bread they always give me rosemary bread even though I specifically ask for white

Came in around 7:30 pm Tuesday 10/1 ordered three combos, dropped 40 plus dollars along with a tip. We had our sandwiches inside. Went to refill my drink and no more refills. It seems that even with this location closing at 9pm when you pay for a drink, no refills after 8pm. Luckily there are other locations because I won't be visiting this one again.

I go to Jersey mikes often but the crew working at 6:30 on Sunday 6/7 is amazing. Very professional, clean space, welcoming atmosphere, and the guy making sandwiches is a pro. Haven’t eaten my sandwich yet. Good hiring
