Ordered a Club Sub for pickup only to get all the way to my house to realize that they didn’t put any bacon on it. Literally defeats the purpose of a club sandwich smh. Ruined my dinner!

I originally ordered online "Chipotle cheese steak" as I'm am a regular Jersey Mike Customer. I arrived at the store to get my order and the person That was cooking my food was very standoffish. First off I ordered Rosemary Parmesean bread and received plain soggy white bread. The I asked for toppings and ignore and told what to put on my sandwich,how to cut it, that cost $17 plus. Then it was wrap In single paper instead of double wrapped like all the other stores. I was very disappointed please don't waste your money folks.

I ordered lunch for a company lunch and they had my order ready early, which was great - except they gave me someone else's order. That's the reason for the 3 stars on service AND there is nowhere on their website that I can let them know they messed up our order.

I say that because last year I visited the location in Forney and it felt like I had walked into an oven. I haven't been back since. As I was walking towards the order here sign a lady waited on me. I ordered #16 the chicken philly cheese regular size sandwich. It's large enough to cut in half and save the other half to eat later. I had all the toppings added. I live over 30 mins away and my sandwich was still warm . Yeah !!!

For such good tasting sandwiches, it's a shame that this is such a poor location with poor customer service. The store is in the middle of a busy storefront. Parking is tight and treacherous. There is no one to greet you, there's no "thank you" after you pay, yet I see an army of employees working away. Maybe I caught it at a super busy time, but I have more than one bad in-store experience, better stick with delivery or Subway.

Don't know if it was lack of care for their craft or what. But they clearly didn't care about making anyone's in line. Just a sloppy feel unfortunately. I'm sure it's not the most fun job. But we all have to make the best of what we got.

I was driving around looking for a JJs and accidentally found Jersey Mikes on the way. I loved the #64 it was amazing. Plus the staff was wonderful and they spoke Spanglish. 10/10 I will definitely be going back**the sandwich pictured is the #13 I didn’t take one of the other sub**Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp for a wheelchair was just a door down
This is by far the worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to and I have been a patron for 16 years. I have never experienced the lack of customer service prior to today. I hope they correct the issue soon. This is the result after they made the wrong sub twice.
