The one thing I love about jersey mikes is their ability to make their food right in front of you and it is probably the most fresh food for sandwiches you will ever have they slice the meat infront of you and the cheese and they prepare it excellently but that's not what I came here for I came here for a cheesteak and the cheese steak was fantastic it was cooked right in front of you and ingredients were fresh not in a can they also obvious have staff that is well versed in cooking cheesteak and very friendly staff that got your food fast and efficiently. Mobile order via the app was easy and the sandwich was done on time and placed on a rack for pickup by the customer line. This locations seems pretty busy and didn’t take any of my coupons/offers that I had in the Jersey Mike’s app. It also seemed to be $1-2 more expensive per sandwich than my home Jersey Mike’s. The sandwiches were all well-made and delicious (which is my expectation from a Jersey Mike’s). In general, I find Jersey Mike’s sandwiches to be savory and tasty but also refreshing (that crisp shredded lettuce with oil and vinegar is great on the freshly slice cold cuts).

Food was outstanding, however customer service was beyond terrible. Charles or Charlie has been one of the rudest people I have yet to come across in any food service place. Thank you to his other employee who was extremely nice and tried his best to help me as a first time customer. Will 100% eat Jersey Mikes again but at a definitely at a different location.

Thank you to the crew who worked Friday PM shift on 12/2. We flew in late for a tournament and they graciously accommodated us although we were a big group arriving just before closing. Thank you for the great food and service. We were so hungry! Kudos to a fantastic crew!

It is really disturbing to place an online order, select your ingredients and for a store to not follow what was asked.I ordered two boxes, none has mayo, the sandwiches were ALL so nasty and dry.Customer service was non existent, didn't speak to anyone, just starred at us. How about speaking and asking can I take your order or something. I knew I should've order from Jimmy John's. I wasted 200, non edible food

I went in, no greeting the short hair black lady was real cozy with a older Caucasian male. When it was my turn for service she to my order and moved on to the female customer behind me. Made her sandwich rung her up, then asked me what did I want on my sandwich. Black people cant get customer service from other black workers. But they go out of their way to service other races. SMH I walked out. No management.
