No available parking at this location during lunch led me to park in front of the establishment next door (Shell Shack). I called to notify staff of my arrival for curbside. When my order was brought out, I was instructed by the young lady to, "just park in the handicap spots next time for a minute so we can see you." I politely brushed off the illegal advice, as it came from a young member of staff. I thanked her for my order and drove off, thinking nothing of it. When I finally made it home, sat down at the kitchen island, and unwrapped my sandwich, I found myself staring at the unmistakeable sight of two long, dark coarse hairs. Either facial or pubic. I returned to the location for a full refund from the manager on staff, Amanda, who seemed completely unfazed by the event. As if, unbeknownst to me, pubic hair sandwich, was the special of the day. When I expressed my concerns, I was told they ‘can't stop making food long enough to inspect for hair,’ and I'd need to Google the phone number for corporate for a resolution beyond the refund already tendered. Unsure what kind of working conditions make staff disgruntled to the point of putting out hairy sandwiches, and the management so apathetic.
TLDR: save yourself the unhygienic meal. Please don’t give this place your business!

The team demonstrates remarkable teamwork, as seen when Abigail, a new face at this location, efficiently managed sandwich orders. The gentleman at the meat station expertly navigated the chaos, ensuring precision while cutting multi- deli meats, breads, order tickets! When Abigail ran out of lettuce, a young man at the register promptly went to get more, allowing her to keep the line moving. Their dedication to accuracy and customer satisfaction makes it worth the drive, even with lines out the door. This location truly exemplifies exceptional service!

Worst ever sub today from Jersey Mike's at 1855 Dallas Parkway, Plano. Used to love the huge sandwiches; what they gave me this afternoon was a few slices of meat in the Italian. Staff is untrained, lazy, uninterested in the customer, and rather chat to each other throughout order, resulting in cheating the customer with a sub-standard sub. Too many other shops to go to, won't be back to this location

I got a mikes famous Phili and for some reason it was greasier than I thought back in Jersey it never was like that and it felt like the shaved steak just had no flavor to it. Maybe it’s just me but the shave steak just was looking too light almost like it needed to cook more. They have no options to change the type of cheese online but maybe it’s different in person. I’ll try it again some other time maybe once just isn’t enough to judge it yet.

Jersey Mikes is definitely one of the better sub sandwich places, but I wish they would have kept the more crusty style bread as opposed to the softer one.. that really set them apart from the others, but now it’s just like every other sub shop per the bread they use..
Parking: Since it’s a very busy shopping center with Kroger and several other shops it’s difficult to find parking close to the restaurant especially for any handicapped individuals as some will park in them without stickers or signage
My absolute favorite sandwich shop. Jersey Mike's gives you a foot long for your birthday every year. My favorite is the California club on Rosemary bread Mikes way. They bake fresh bread every day

Lou was so rude i didnt know i was suppose to tell them what toppings i wanted i thought it was at the end process for this was the only my second time eating here she made my experience very horrible. Threw my sandwich on the counter i had to ask for a bag.

Sandwich was fine but service was bad. Showed the 1st guy my 2 for 1 coupon and ordered 2 Italian subs. I laid my coupon next to the register. The guy passed my subs off to a girl and told her I had a coupon. She looked at it and then added veggies. A second girl then comes over to ring me out and tells me the coupon doesn't work at that location. I asked her why neither of the first 2 people mentioned that, and the first girl came back and pointed to where it was listed. Maybe the first guy didn't know, but the first girl obviously did. Not sure why she didn't say anything at all - she obviously didn't care. Neither did the girl at the register. Obviously in their eyes they had no responsibility to point that out to me. Won't be back, but I don't imagine they care at all...
