Whoever the woman was that worked 11.30.2023 on a super rainy day that made a Big Kahuna, no mushrooms, add chipotle mayo on wheat, I love you ?! Easily the best sandwich I have ever had from JM.

This is my second time ordering from this location. This time I did a pick up order. Although my order wasn't ready for pickup at the requested time, they were still attentive once I got there. My cheesesteak sandwich was OK and didn't have much cheese and dressing so it was more on the dry side. I'll stick to the cold subs as I usually do. Reliable location in the area for subs and quick lunches!! As a heads up, parking is available, however depending on time of the day expect some congestion trying to get into the parking lot.

Every time I order double meat online, I don't get it. Of course I don't find out until I get home because I'm not going to sit there and open my sandwich in the store. I figure "maybe next time I'll get what I paid for." Nope. Every time, I give them extra money for no reason. If I get my sandwich made in the store, I get what I ask for.

I love jersey mikes and the customer service at this location is 100% better than the one on Greenville ave but I got my regular chicken Philly here asked for my meat to be cooked with salt and pepper per usual at any location and it was still bland and tasted really watery which was weird.

Just about once a week I’m here! I have always had a pleasant experience at this location, all of the employees are very welcoming. I must say Brandon makes THE BEST sandwiches though; he knows just the right amount of toppings to put on a sandwich without being soggy or sloppy. Brandon please teach your peers the secret lol! See ya next week!

Even during their busy times these guys do great, the manager handles pressure well and gets the sandwiches out. Today was extremely busy! The only comment I have is you guys seem to always forget the extras. I always put extra mayo and I almost never get it! Either way the sandwiches are great and we Apcct you guys!

I tried their new wedge salad and I LOVE IT. They literally crumble slices of bacon on the salad and use the same fresh ingredients they use on your salad! plus the staff is super friendly! Definitely get the salad!
