That particular location is pretty small and got a little busy on a cooler day so outside wasn't good option. They were having trouble keeping the tables clean and no seats for customers.

I'm posting this review so the owner will read it. Jersey mikes are very inconsistent and it all comes down to the staff. This location is so out of tune...I don't think they are properly trained and they sure do not work well as a team. They seamed very unprepared to handle the walk in vs the phone in vs the online orders. "Deer in the headlights" is the expression.

Jersey Mikes sandwiches are marginal but this review is about the Preston Center location in particular. I have never been treated more rude at a Jersey Mikes or any eating establishment anywhere than here and it's been repeated multiple times since August...smug, rude and act put out to make your sandwich... and god forbid you make a mistake, I mean it's really as ridiculous as it sounds. do you not like football moms or something? trying to get my son food on game day...only reason I go at all. They close down for random reasons (tried to order ahead last Friday to avoid dealing with them and randomly they are closed at 2 pm...on a Friday (called the online number and that was confirmed but this isn't the first time, just most recent)...another time they ran out of bread, all kinds, I had to do flatbread, said it was because of a large crowd (how that happens at a sandwich shop midday is beyond me) but then they made a girl down the line a sandwich ON BREAD. Anyway, my patience and giving benefit of the doubt is done, Preston Center staff, get the chip off your shoulders and change your rude as hell manner/attitudes...you're not in jersey and if you hate your job so much quit (misery loves company I guess) the other stores are much friendlier! you're in the park cities. if you dont like the people, change your location! it's an awful experience every time for a simple meat and cheese sandwich! no more! I changed to the Lemmon location for game days (though farther).

The sandwiches were fabulous! Lots of meat and cheese. Bread was fresh. Veggies were fresh. I'm going again! Why did I wait so long to try Jersey Mikes? Service was rather long. But otherwise great.

I go in today for my usual on my 30 min lunch. I grab a bag of chips and head out to finish the rest of my 10 mins of my lunch. And to my surprise my chips where stale and guess what??!! EXPIRED!!!! Makes me wonder what else they are serving expired to their customers. Needless to say, I was unable to exchange because my lunch was now about to end. Guess I’ll have to just take that loss while the company is thriving off selling expired, stale foods to their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I go in today, and get the usual for my 30 min lunch break. I get a bag of chips with my sandwich and leave for the rest of my 10 mins of lunch. Get to the office and guess what?! EXPIRED STALE CHIPS!! I was NOT happy and on top of that, I couldn't go back to exchange because my lunch was almost done. They have one job and one of them is to ensure your customers aren't eating expired stale food. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this location.
