On line ordering not available, was told to call the store and they have the phone off the hook. Poor management, if your busy and don't want to take orders that's one thing but to disable the app and then to take the phone off from working is poor problem solving. Hopefully owners get this Yelp and take a drive over to their store and see what's happening!

This is my local Jersey Mikes I go to. The crew here is super cool. Haven't been in a few weeks because I'm flat broke, but I'm dreaming about going back. If that ain't 5 star worthy I dunno what is. I miss my club sub with honey mustard.Only critique is I wish they let them hardworking guys behind the counter use stools or chairs or something, hunching over that makeline all day gotta be exhausting.

Hadn’t been to this location in a while.. and let me just say.. I walked in and was treated like a QUEEN.. I wish I knew everyone’s name and I might be wrong but Alec? ,Logan? and a beautiful friendly young lady at the register.. went above and beyond to make me the perfect JM sub.. they all worked as a team and I haven’t had customer service like that for a while.. JM is very lucky to have employees like them on there team ..please forgive me for not writing down there names.. but I was there on Monday around 2:30.. so I hope that helps as to who was working.. thank you so much for making me feel so special and making my experience just fabulous…..kudos to them.. I not only left with a delicious sub .. but I also left with a huge happy smile..
