This place is usually great but the last few times I’ve been picking up lunch here there’s only been one guy in the whole store taking orders and making the sandwiches. He’s doing a great job but he needs help.

I put in a catering order 3 days ago and went to pick it up today at the window time I selected and the store was closed. They could have at least notified me beforehand they wouldn’t be open so I don’t have to figure out our team lunch last minute. I usually order from JJ’s once a month for my team but will be changing to something else going forward.
I always have problems with this location. Don’t bother selecting the curbside option. They don’t come outside and your order sits there waiting.
Does not have the option to leave negative stars however I’ll just leave them blank. The workers were rude and very condescending with me and decided to tell me he deal with people all day, not sure what that means however he was reminded that being rude is not part of his job description and he should be glad that he at least have employment. Due to the negative interaction I had with this location I will not go back again. This was my first time stopping in just wanted a quick snack and I will definitely not eat at another location because of this one location. I am big on service and the service that was received here was at a -10 stars.

I saw the bad reviews but still came at 9:30. Staff was friendly fast and made my sandwich perfect. I’m gonna keep coming back.

The service was beyond horrible. I could not believe it. The person that took my order could not count money. They made my order wrong. When i called back to the store just to inform the manager about the incident for possibly some training he overtalked me, accused me of lying, said he watch the cameras, and that he has been a manager for 7 years. Workers were great!
Initially walked in and it was completely empty, had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came out and took my order. Had to remind the guy in there 2x which sides I ordered, didn’t get asked if I want a receipt. Kept having to repeat myself. Will not be returning to this location. I will honestly be extremely shocked if my sandwich is even correct

I was in a rush and needed to grab a quick bite to eat. The kids were getting restless and I was on my last nerve. Well Ivan hooked it up. He was so quick. Lived up to the “freaky fast” slogan. I was in and out. He saw that I was in a rush and made sure that he moved especially fast with great customer service. Thanks Ivan. Will be back again soon.
EDITED TO ADD: in the hour after they texted me my order was canceled, I got an alert that my order was on its way, while I was already eating another meal. I called my delivery driver and got him to hand an employee his phone. That is the only way I was able to contact this business. I requested a refund, and got HUNG UP ON. Infuriating. Horrible customer service. Do not trust the food here.
Ordered 5 sandwiches from here. Someone drove up with one. Tried to call the business MULTIPLE times, and nobody answered the phone. How are you open and not answering the phone?! I spent 80 dollars here. I ordered through the Jimmy John’s app, and I have never had such horrible service. No refund pending, store never contacted me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and operations are horrible, clearly. ZERO stars. Close your doors.
⭐☆☆☆☆ — Would give zero stars if I could.
About a month or two ago, I went to this Jimmy John’s location and had my first frustrating experience. I specifically asked for the extra big sandwich, and while I know the employee heard me, he clearly didn’t want to be bothered and gave me a regular size instead. Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for the bigger one — but my boyfriend was upset because he was expecting a big sandwich and didn’t get it. I should’ve checked, so that was on me, but still, that shouldn’t happen.
Fast forward to about a week ago — went again. Yes, the sandwiches are good (but honestly, it’s not that hard to make a good sandwich). I’m now at the point where I’d rather drive a little farther to another Jimmy John’s, Subway, McAlister’s, or literally any other sandwich place — this location just isn’t worth the hassle.
Then today was my last straw. The first time I visited, my card worked fine. But the last two visits — once with my little brother, and now today — my card wouldn’t go through here for some reason (and no, there’s nothing wrong with my account). No matter if I swipe, insert, or use my wallet app — it just doesn’t work at this location. I had to awkwardly call my boyfriend again to send me money. And when I told the guy that this had happened before, he didn’t seem to care at all.
Speaking of the guy running this place (owner or manager — not sure), he has the worst energy I’ve ever seen in a fast food place. He looks like he hates being there, and it rubs off on the whole vibe of the place. I’m not being openly disrespected, but the attitude and lack of customer service is enough to make me not want to return.
To top it off — when he handed me my sandwich today (which I obviously ordered to-go), he didn’t even ask if it was for here or to-go. Just wrapped it up, handed it to me with one napkin — and no bag, even though I also bought a cookie. I don’t think it’s too much to expect a bag when I’m carrying food out the door.
Meanwhile, Cowboy Chicken next door is packed — I might just go there next time. If management at this Jimmy John’s doesn’t change their attitude and care more about customer service, this location is only going to keep going downhill.

No disrespect to the fellah all by himself but more aiming towards the leadership at this location, had him all by himself they close at 10:00pm and he was closing by himself at 9:10pm so when I went in to purchase a sandwich I was told he already put everything away the gentleman working tonight wouldn’t have to close early and disappoint customers if the leadership at this establishment worked harder there was a level of unprofessionalism from the employee but I blame his higher ups for it. Do better.
Went to get a sandwich at 9:10 and they had everything closed and wrapped up and didn’t want to make a sandwich. They close at 10pm, not 9. Staff isn’t professional, talked to me with his mouth full of food/sandwich he was eating.
