I stopped by Jimmy John’s for lunch the other day, and I have to say, I was beyond impressed. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how exceptionally clean and well-kept the restaurant was. It’s rare to walk into a fast-casual spot and feel like the cleanliness is a top priority, but this location absolutely nailed it.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They didn’t rush my order or make me feel like I was just another customer in line. Instead, they took the time to offer recommendations on how I could customize my sandwich, and I decided to go with their suggestion because, quite frankly, it sounded delicious—and it was! It’s refreshing to see employees who actually care about the experience they’re providing rather than just getting people in and out as fast as possible.
Before heading back to work, I stopped in the restroom, and that was the cherry on top. It was spotless—something you don’t see often in most restaurants. The attention to detail, from the dining area to the restrooms, speaks volumes about the pride the staff takes in maintaining the place.
Overall, my experience at this Jimmy John’s was top-notch. The combination of exceptional cleanliness, outstanding customer service, and great food makes this a location I’ll absolutely be returning to. If you’re looking for a place that values both quality and professionalism, this is it. Well done to the team!

This Jimmy John’s is consistently TERRIBLE. Today was officially my last visit. Rude, unprofessional staff. They put cheese on sandwiches when none was requested. Almost always forget the pickle we ordered and paid for. Today, was told there was no tea only after paying for a drink, and the water from the soda fountain was yellow. Two inches of my sandwich contained only lettuce, no tuna. Also, for some reason the main register never works and no one seems to know how to work the backup. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very hard to find prices, and once you do you can see why. $9.99 for a Hunter's Club sandwich!! That's without any extras or a drink or side.
Are they ashamed of what they charge and that's why they make it so hard to find prices before going there? Sketchy used car dealer sales tactics.

Completely rude did not give me my drink for my meal or my chips I was late to work just to come back around to get my chips and my receipt because he balled it up and threw it in the trash right in front of me without even asking if I wanted it. Order taker was Denilson. His whole attitude was completely rude I called the store back three times with no answer

I ordered through Uber Eats. I'm a huge Jimmy John's fan. Unfortunately, for the first time ever, I received I guess old bread. It was so hard it crumbled when I took a bite and the meat tasted like it just came out of an ice box. So disappointing!
The unwhich (sandwich wrapped in lettuce) so ? and healthy. I will try the ? sandwich next ?.
