Do not under any circumstances order food delivery from this store. Can’t get an update on the order, they clearly didn’t pay their phone bill and I never received my food. Took an entire hour to get a refund after fighting to get my money back.Update: they eventually delivered it an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered it, 20 minutes after I’d already cancelled it so brownie points for delivering it anyway.Still will never do it again.

Stay away from this location they have very rude mamger. When placing the order he rudely told me to wait. Then placing the order he wanted to correct me that I was wrong for ordering a combo. I didn't like the way I was treated and asked hos name . He said it was Ivan. After walking out almost to my vehicle he yelled out that what I was going to. I Continue to walk to my vehicle hearing him Cursing at me. His Behavior was very aggressive. I hope that the owner has policy towards his employs. I hope by post his behavior that if someone else comes across him they can see that he. Has issuesI will not be returning to this location.

Came to this location during normal business hours. Before I could even grab the door to go in, a guy who was already inside rudely told me they’re not open. He mouthed it through the glass. I asked when they would be opening and he rudely told me they’re “closed all day” and proceeded to talk on his phone and walk away. Very poor customer service and there were no signs saying this. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

This location occasionally disregards custom orders. Specially if you order through the app or online. Plus they forget to include napkins, or requested condiments in to go orders but it’s gotten better than it was last

The company that I work for was catering in sandwiches/chips for our entire location for a company meeting. We placed our orders and when the food finally came, we opened the sacks and each sandwich was numbered per each individual order. Every one of the sandwiches had either had ingredients missing or the sandwich was entirely wrong. My manger called and advised them what happened and none of the sandwiches were eaten and the Jimmy John’s employee said “We’re not going to replace the order!” My manger this isn’t acceptable and went to the location with the sandwiches and the manger ignored her and when he finally addressed/spoke to her he said “he’s not going to replace the order or give a refund,” she was speechless. Basically asked to leave after spending a good amount of money. Not all of us will not ever go to that location. Tried to give a chance to rectify the order be was told to basically accept and eat what you got. This place is ridiculous! I’ve had other co-workers say location is horrible and I now believe it. DEFINITELY GOING TO JERSEY MIKE’S.!! Don’t waste your money at this location because the service is horrible so you know the good is probably the exact same. HORRIBLE!!!!

Worst experience ever...I will NEVER cheat on Jersey Mikes AGAIN. After waisting my money here ended up getting a quality sandwich from JM

Ordered two sandwiches in person. I asked for a Roast Beef and an Italian. I asked for both sandwiches to be cut in half.They put mayo on my Italian, covered the roast beef in mayo and only cut one of the sandwiches in half. Very frustrating as the women preparing my sandwich was just talking to her coworker the entire time while preparing my sandwiches.

I'm upset that I have them another try. Last week i received my order about hour after ordering. I thought, maybe I'll order earlier next time. I ordered today and I received it over an hour later. The app does not give you an estimated time and I lost 40 mins of my lunch break waiting for my order. I couldn't cancel my order on the app. Lesson learned and I should have payed attention to the reviews.

Most unprofessional manager I've ever seen, order got messed up yesterday and I asked to speak with a manager, the guy looked like he was high on something with cloudy eyes and fidgety hands. He told me I was ruining his Vibe and his good day. He then asked if i was demanding a refund and i responded "no just requesting one if i bring in proof of purchase" he then responded with "Yep demanding". When I asked if I could give him my contact info so he can have his GM called me he responded that he is the GM. Neighboring location said that they have heard multiple complaints regarding them.

The manager I called (because it took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food delivered) was super rude, hung up when I called, and then kept calling me to have his driver find my building when it was very clearly stated in the direction. Completely understand getting lost, but having to wait an hour and 15 for “freaky fast” delivery is extremely inconvenient followed by rude service.

I didn't read the reviews until after I placed my online order and boy I messed up. Luckily, the delivery only took 40 minutes. I highly recommend picking up in store if you don't wana wait forever. I was hangry.
