Do you know how Jimmy John’s is freaky fast in the way they make their sandwiches. This place is freaky slow and the people look like they’re depressed with life. No one smiled. No one greeted me. It makes me not want to come back to this place for sure. Management we need your help at this location because they’re freaky slow.

Hi! This is the 2nd time I’ve placed a delivery order on the app, got a voicemail from the location that they don’t have a delivery driver and asking if I want to come pick it up and to give a call back, then when I call back no one answers or returns my call. I don’t have a way there. The issues here are that the app is allowing delivery orders to be made and no one is answering the phone (it doesn’t even ring) or returning my call to ensure I’ve been refunded. There’s also no chat or number on the app which is why I’m leaving a review in hopes of someone contacting me to ensure I’m refunded for the food/delivery you are unable to provide.

I live less than a mile from this location. Whenever I order food for delivery it takes almost an hour and they can't find my place and I end up taking on the phone to the delivery driver for 10 minutes.

Come here at least once every 2 weeks. Location and food is great. My order is always perfect. Older gentleman making sandwich is great. Music I think is a little too loud sometimes but I can deal with that. Keep up the great work.Wheelchair accessibility: N/A

I just ordered the chicken wrap. Well, it looked nothing like the menu photo. Mine was in a word, messy. Large and not rolled, just a loose flat mess. I've always enjoyed my orders from JJ and I'll continue ordering, just not the wraps!

Ordered a delivery order two hours ahead of time never received it drove to the restaurant after it was supposed to be delivered because there phones weren’t working as if they unplugged them!!! When i got there they hadn’t even started the order yet. Bad experience not the first time either.

This location is garbage. They continually get orders incorrect or simply don't deliver. It's VERY hit or miss if your order will be delivered. I call the location only to be sent directly to a voicemail box that is full (assuming by other frustrated former customers). I end up having to drive to the location to request/process a refund for orders undelivered but accepted. I really hope this place goes out of business and gets replaced with a higher quality merchant.

OMG.. 5 stars the most? The Owner was so nice and I didn't know she was the Owner of this Jimmy John's. The complete staff was very happy and courteous. Thank you for fantastic customer service. Oh yeah..Kimberly(Thank you)..I'll be back!

EDIT INCLUDED - Needs some serious help. I placed an order from the same zip code, not even 5 minutes away from my job, and 50 minutes after my order was confirmed i call the store to find out they haven't even made my food, or so the employee thought - not just that it wasn't on the way... I understand being delayed but having no updates and a wrong number posted to your automatic emails is super lame.I was leaving to go to the shop to find out how I could cancel since I couldn't get anyone on the phone, but I ran into none other than the owner delivering it right to me. Took a while but he was out doing what others couldn't so props from me. I appreciate the hustle. Hope they can hire some help!

I gave this place 3 stars bcus of the older gentleman the prepared my food. He was super nice and very polite. The guy who took my order needs some customer skills BAD. He was not friendly at all. He act as though he didn't want to be at work. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. I didn't need him to be all in my face but at would have atleast liked a good morning or welcome in or something. I gave a tip and I really hate that it has to be split bcus only one person deserve it.
