The Cubano was a solid choice, and the portion size was generous. Would definitely order it again. What I found disappointing was paying for my order. The singular reason for this visit (other than hunger) was to use up a JJ gift card but the cashier was unable to process it.

We made a special order request, and our food was NOT prepared as order. All we asked is for veggies to be on the side as I am allergic to tomatoes. They placed them on the sandwich directly on the bun so I could not eat my sandwich. Since my husband ordered one as well, by the day the bread was soggy from the tomatoes! $18.00 down the drain, and I had to find something else to eat!

Despite their website stating they were open until 10pm, it appears they chose not to open at all today.

I am always able to order and receive my sandwich fast. Since I need to restrict carbs, the Unwich is ideal. Instead of bread, these sandwiches are wrapped with fresh high quality lettuce. And the new staff is very friendly making this place perfect for a quick lunch.
The lady making my sandwich was very rude. I’ve only ate there twice but my first visit in store. After seeming annoyed I wanted to remove a few items on my sandwich she just handed me my to go order without a sack. I asked for a sack and she told me I would have to go to then end of the counter and get it. Just wow! Not to mention you have to reach over the counter in the employee service area to get a bag. That seems like a recipe for cross contamination. The cashier did try to assist me best he could. The young lady was just a disrespectful unprofessional person for absolutely no reason.
