OMG! Ryan is the best. Work ethic and customer service is unmatched. My daughter and I came in to get lunch. We were welcomed in and provided the best service. Ryan knew exactly what I wanted and made sure that our food was made with perfection. Ryan is most definitely the example of what customer service should be at every Jimmy John’s HANDS DOWN! Love coming to this location 🥰

This location is not up to Jimmy John’s standards. We order from there because it’s the closest location but it sucks. Doesn’t matter what you customize, you get whatever they feel like giving you. They are extremely slow when you order on the app. Order ahead? Doesn’t matter, you’ll wait when you get there! How long does it take to make
2 sandwiches incorrectly? 30+ minutes apparently.

Ordered a sandwich at 1:08PM and didn't receive my order until 2PM. Attempted to call the shop and could not get ahold of anyone via phone. This is the second time I have ordered from here and it has taken almost an hour to get my order.

Today at 7:45pm I walked into an empty store. No one in sight. I was looking to pick up my order and I called over and over again for help and was left with no reply. Products left out and door wide open. So much time went on I went to Zalat pizza next door to ask if they knew if anyone worked there. To then have the employee named “Antonay” (women) finally surface to immediately approach with an abrasive attitude.Handled our food with anger and handed me a bag to then tell me when I asked if anyone else is able to help in the future such as other employees and she said she works alone and was able to spend over 15 minutes in the bathroom and then told me to “F Off an leave” and continued to use profanity and mocked my asks of why I sat there so long alone in a store where anything can happen. But she continued to flip me off, tell me to leave with various profanity and all I wanted was the common courtesy of an I’m sorry for leaving the floor unattended so long. She cared less that there was a camera in front of her the entire time. I was continuously told to get the f out and so on. I finally left in shock concerned for what she may have also done to our food. I hope corporate also see this. When I said this would risk her job she smiled and said she’d hope so. Sad.
