This would be a zero star review based on the parking situation—valet takes up all the parking spaces when a big comedian like “Gary Owen” is in town. But the staff was patient and friendly and my sandwiches were good 🫶🏽

Special shoutout to the AM team on 4/29/25! I was in a bind and ended up having to place a last minute large catering bundle for 30 people at 10am for an 11am pickup. They came through and the client was very satisfied with the short turnaround time. Thank you!
NIck who says he is the Manager supposedly is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. I ordered a combo that included chips and a drink. I added a pickle and a cookie. The moment I received the order I noticed that it had the wrong unit number so I called back. Then the person who added the correct drop off location let me know he would contact the driver. He did. When I got my food the order was missing the sea salt vinegar chips. I called to the location and they said that they would send them to me or give me credit for 3$. Then after a while of no one dropping them off, I called back. A different person/manager answered and refused to send the chips to me and then proceeded to hang up on me. No courtesy call and no chips. This is ridiculous! Don't order from this location because they do not honor their word or accommodate the customer. I felt horrible and scammed. I know what I selected and the manager just did not care to make this right. Horrible experience and the sandwich was horrible too!

Got a very mediocre sandwich about an hour and 5 minutes after ordering. Called to check on the order after an hour and was told the driver left but had no idea how much longer it would be. After I got the sandwiches they were not really toasted/ warm anymore and looked very sad. They weren’t cut as requested and didn’t have names on them. When I called and mentioned they didn’t look appetizing, the fellow on the phone started listing out ingredients😂 “the Italian night club has thee tomatoes, seven peppers…” so on and so forth.
Surprised that a chain that is usually so quick and good missed the mark on this one.

Ok delivery issues are still a thing. Had to call a couple times as my 1st order didn’t get delivered and requested 2nd priority order. Issues with that as well (late) but it was 2nd party delivery issues.
Please don’t use 2nd party for deliveries.
Nick at store was fab at prepping and getting 2nd order out and dealing with my grumpiness.

OMG! Ryan is the best. Work ethic and customer service is unmatched. My daughter and I came in to get lunch. We were welcomed in and provided the best service. Ryan knew exactly what I wanted and made sure that our food was made with perfection. Ryan is most definitely the example of what customer service should be at every Jimmy John’s HANDS DOWN! Love coming to this location 🥰

This location is not up to Jimmy John’s standards. We order from there because it’s the closest location but it sucks. Doesn’t matter what you customize, you get whatever they feel like giving you. They are extremely slow when you order on the app. Order ahead? Doesn’t matter, you’ll wait when you get there! How long does it take to make
2 sandwiches incorrectly? 30+ minutes apparently.
