Like others have said. They don't do the freaky fast here. It's freakishly slow. Over a hour for a 2 mile drive. App says it's out for the delivery a hour ago.

Today at 7:45pm I walked into an empty store. No one in sight. I was looking to pick up my order and I called over and over again for help and was left with no reply. Products left out and door wide open. So much time went on I went to Zalat pizza next door to ask if they knew if anyone worked there. To then have the employee named “Antonay” (women) finally surface to immediately approach with an abrasive attitude.Handled our food with anger and handed me a bag to then tell me when I asked if anyone else is able to help in the future such as other employees and she said she works alone and was able to spend over 15 minutes in the bathroom and then told me to “F Off an leave” and continued to use profanity and mocked my asks of why I sat there so long alone in a store where anything can happen. But she continued to flip me off, tell me to leave with various profanity and all I wanted was the common courtesy of an I’m sorry for leaving the floor unattended so long. She cared less that there was a camera in front of her the entire time. I was continuously told to get the f out and so on. I finally left in shock concerned for what she may have also done to our food. I hope corporate also see this. When I said this would risk her job she smiled and said she’d hope so. Sad.

Love Jimmy John’s Addison! Friendly staff and super- quick delivery! I’ve experienced nothing but kindness. Clean, neatly kept, and organized restaurant. Courteous drivers. Sandwiches are always DELICIOUS and made attentively to order. Their BBQ chips are my favorite! My family’s go- to sandwich shop in Addison and for home delivery. (Ignore the negative reviews. Every restaurant has an off day and experiences staff shortages on occasion. Show a little grace, maybe.) What happened to Freaky Fast Service Jimmy Johns?! Apparently that no longer exist... Or Maybe I should've added Keith Lee's name to the order. I ordered my Combo at 5:45 pm, but received it at 6:47 pm (You do the math) and this is what I received. Come on man.... P.s. The 2 Stars are because the Driver was nice upon arrival. ?‍♂️?

mediocre sandwiches here and horrible customer service. i don’t like to leave bad reviews, but i’ve been here multiple times and had delivery from here as well. all have been either way late delivery or the employees take forever to acknowledge my existence at the checkout counter, while they talk and laugh within eyeshot. it’s almost laughable ?‍?

Night swift service it's horrible Bad attitude, very unprofessional, I ask the lady that I forgot to ask for a few salami slices on my daughter's sandwich and if she could add some and I will pay the difference and she told me it's not posible .When I know that is posible .Just the way she handle the situation was completely unacceptable just for her attitude.I still put some money on the Tips Bottle for her Miserable way to treat the customers.By the way the tip was more than the cost to put some slices of salami on a kids sandwich, also gave me attitude when I ask her to ring me for points .At the end I told her to get with her manager about what she just said to me because I know that was posible to doSo he can Trained her Better , and she said she was trained very Good .Obviously she isn't at all .I'm sure her training didn't Mention to be kind with customers .For employees like her Bussines get bad reputation.

I use to order delivery all the time take maybe 20 mins for making it then delivery. It was awesome. This was last year. Now it takes over an hour for delivery including making the damn sandwich that is not worth $20 for plus delivery. You also select cut in half, they don't do it or give napkins.
