It's been over an hour since I ordered delivery. No sandwich. I live across the street. At this point, I could've picked it up myself. I called and they said they were just understaffed. Hire more delivery staff on Tuesdays. Thank you.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences at this jimmy johns. I did a mobile order and when I got there there was no clear sign for pickup so I stood by the pickup when you order in store for 5 minutes. After that I decided to go to the cashier and I see my order. Not sure if there is a sign or not, but felt dumb standing there while no one said anything. When I did receive it, it was all completely wrong. I asked for no tomatoes, still got them. Extra lettuce, didn’t get that but got onions? Wanted it cut in half and it wasn’t. They also added the olive oil or something along those lines. Not sure if these workers can’t read or if it was an off day for all. I mean the sandwich is still good, just disappointed.

I accidentally placed a big catering order for tomorrow instead of today and they told me they would be able to do it today regardless. They didn’t have to do that but that saved the day!! I’m so grateful ?? props to the peeps that worked July 16th at 12:30pm! They were slammed but did a great job getting everyone else’s orders in a timely manner.

I placed my order and the girl on register couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t pick a meat. I ordered veggie without cucumbers
She proceeded to hold my order and let eight orders go before me

Never go to this store Beltline and Preston in Dallas, Texas. The manager was a real jerk.
Vegetarian options: Never again! They are horrific. Manager said he could care less. Guess they feel it’s okay to be rude.

I ordered a veggie sub with some extras added on and what I got was essentially a guacamole/tomato sandwich. The owner responds to poor reviews saying send feedback via their website but guess what, it won’t allow you to submit!

Great Sandwich! Store was slow bit it took awhile to order. There was only a new associate in training at the counter and he had to wait for another associate to return to take my order. He said he did not know how to operate the register yet.

Clean and fast, good location.
Vegetarian options: Not a huge selection specifically for vegetarians, but its easy to choose vegetarian while in a party with non-vegetarians.
Dietary restrictions: You will need to be clear, but they will switch out with clean knives and cutting boards and put down sterile deli paper to accomodate for allergies and religious prohibitions.
Parking: There's a dining patio and the shopping center is nice.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots and wheelchair ramps available.

James took my order and two other ladies were there assisting a massive order. Great music was playing, place was clean, and the personalities each of them had was amazing. As we all know the food is made quickly so you have like two minutes of conversation or less. In that time I had a blast. If management is reading these comments, they should review who worked on Wednesday June 7th at 8pm and later as the team there is awesome.
Parking: Lots of parking spaces as they do delivery and make sandwiches quickly.

I always order my sandwiches from this location. The people at this location are very nice. I am been getting the Italian sub from them is really good. I also tried another one. It’s really good as well. Very friendly and super nice I would definitely recommend this location.
