This location has to have the rudest employee I’ve ever interacted with. The guy at the cashier today 11/2/25 @ around 2pm had the rudest disposition. I could hardly say my order before he would cut me off and say the total, didn’t allow me to make modifications, order a drink, or chips. Then shockingly he got my order completely wrong…like literally an entirely different sandwich than I ordered. He had the audacity to say he asked me to verify…no he didn’t. He was in an awful mood, was throwing stuff, and seems like he hates his job and wants anyone who walks in the location to know he doesn’t want you there. I had an order for 6 people, I grabbed the one sandwich (which was still wrong the second time around) and ordered at subway instead. Just stay far away - people like this just ruin your day!

The staff working were rude, and passive aggressive to me the entire time I was there. When I walked in the staff did not approach me to take my order even though they were not doing tasks at the moment. After I placed my order the staff continued to stare at me with dirty looks. Zero stars for the staff. The man making my sandwich also slammed it down when telling me the order was ready.

Ryan was wonderful! He is a one man show here tonight and he was knocking these sandwiches out left and right. He even got my catering order out a little early for me after I had mistakenly put it in for to late of a time. Definitely will come back again!

I ended up not ordering here. I walked up to the door to go in and the front door, the glass and entrance was filthy. I had to assume the lack of care extended to the food area. So, I drove to another location. First impressions are critical, and, the front doors are also the last impression.

Jimmy Johns is no longer freaky fast. Hasn't been for a while. I have to wait 20 minutes sometimes for a sandwich. Very frustrating when I use to be able to order a sandwich online and pickup within 5 minutes. They are constantly understaffed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called to inform them of missing items from my delivery order. Not only was the gentleman rude on the phone, he decides to argue with me when I had the receipt and then HANGS UP ON ME! Never will order from this franchise again!!

How did they forget lettuce on my club lulu….

Most likely to not return due to carelessness and lack of attentiveness to what people are ordering. Clearly this is a common issue with messing up orders.

Again how does one forget to put lettuce on a sandwich ???

They used to offer great sandwiches. However, their quality has declined recently. I ordered the Big John, but it resembled a Little John. Due to exhaustion, I opted for a quick meal. I intended to pick up a sandwich and hurry home to relax and enjoy dinner. Unfortunately, I had to remove unappetizing tomatoes and eat around the hard crust.

It's been over an hour since I ordered delivery. No sandwich. I live across the street. At this point, I could've picked it up myself. I called and they said they were just understaffed. Hire more delivery staff on Tuesdays. Thank you.
