I placed an order and didn't receive it, about this supposed to be a quick service. That's the reason why I you lies these people. I think it's time for this store to go out of business.
Jimmy Johns is no longer freaky fast. Hasn't been for a while. I have to wait 20 minutes sometimes for a sandwich. Very frustrating when I use to be able to order a sandwich online and pickup within 5 minutes. They are constantly understaffed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called to inform them of missing items from my delivery order. Not only was the gentleman rude on the phone, he decides to argue with me when I had the receipt and then HANGS UP ON ME! Never will order from this franchise again!!

How did they forget lettuce on my club lulu….
Most likely to not return due to carelessness and lack of attentiveness to what people are ordering. Clearly this is a common issue with messing up orders.
Again how does one forget to put lettuce on a sandwich ???
They used to offer great sandwiches. However, their quality has declined recently. I ordered the Big John, but it resembled a Little John. Due to exhaustion, I opted for a quick meal. I intended to pick up a sandwich and hurry home to relax and enjoy dinner. Unfortunately, I had to remove unappetizing tomatoes and eat around the hard crust.
Took 25 minutes to take my order also made my sandwich wrong
Andrew was the only employee in the store, yet still had my online order ready as I walked in! Great service, and great name!

It's been over an hour since I ordered delivery. No sandwich. I live across the street. At this point, I could've picked it up myself. I called and they said they were just understaffed. Hire more delivery staff on Tuesdays. Thank you.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences at this jimmy johns. I did a mobile order and when I got there there was no clear sign for pickup so I stood by the pickup when you order in store for 5 minutes. After that I decided to go to the cashier and I see my order. Not sure if there is a sign or not, but felt dumb standing there while no one said anything. When I did receive it, it was all completely wrong. I asked for no tomatoes, still got them. Extra lettuce, didn’t get that but got onions? Wanted it cut in half and it wasn’t. They also added the olive oil or something along those lines. Not sure if these workers can’t read or if it was an off day for all. I mean the sandwich is still good, just disappointed.

I accidentally placed a big catering order for tomorrow instead of today and they told me they would be able to do it today regardless. They didn’t have to do that but that saved the day!! I’m so grateful ?? props to the peeps that worked July 16th at 12:30pm! They were slammed but did a great job getting everyone else’s orders in a timely manner.

I placed my order and the girl on register couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t pick a meat. I ordered veggie without cucumbers
She proceeded to hold my order and let eight orders go before me

Never go to this store Beltline and Preston in Dallas, Texas. The manager was a real jerk.
Vegetarian options: Never again! They are horrific. Manager said he could care less. Guess they feel it’s okay to be rude.

I ordered a veggie sub with some extras added on and what I got was essentially a guacamole/tomato sandwich. The owner responds to poor reviews saying send feedback via their website but guess what, it won’t allow you to submit!
