As soon as I walked in, the tall guy rolled his eyes in irritation because we walked in. And tried to play it off so I left. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!

I don’t know the full situation. But considering the other reviews, I’ll leave mine The store says it’s supposed to be open till 9:00. Got there at 8:15. All the lights were on, there was still food out on counter, but the door was locked. Worker was inside. Didn’t even look at me. It was like they just locked the door and decided to quit work early for the night.

this is the worst place to TRY to order food from. if the job
entails taking orders, why would someone have airpods in?? the girl that works evenings, during the week has horrible customer service. I walk in & got not a hello or even eye contact. I felt like I was being bothersome. I've never been one to mess with someone's $ but the chick is a terrible employee. don't waste ur time, leave this location alone

I ordered directly from Jimmy John’s app and requested delivery last Friday. Delivery guy from this location literally tossed it towards my door and then decided to set up correctly when he saw the camera. Never received two items that were ordered with my food and when I attempted to resolve this with the location directly to refund the two items not delivered the lady proceeds to tell me she is the only one working right now and she will have the driver come get the delivered food from me and refund me at that point for the entire order. I called corporate to refund the two items plus the tip for the horrible customer service received. Corporate rep tells me their locations are individually owned and he will send an email over to the owner with a response within 24 hours. It’s been well over 24hrs and no response nor a refund of items not delivered. Apparently the owner has no customer service either with no apology and no response to make it right. Based on the previous reviews it must be the same lady and male delivery guy causing issues at this location. I’m sure the owner doesn’t want his/her money played with so why play with mine when I’m paying for a service. FIND PEOPLE WHO WANT TO ACTUALLY WORK!!

I literally just left the Forest location off 75 and I’m still trying to wrap my head around what I just experienced! First of all there was a customer ahead of me who was treated badly. The employee was short and extremely unfriendly. No eye contact and AirPods in her ears. I hesitantly gave her my order and she wouldn’t even give me a chance to make adjustments. No Mayo added to my number 5 (let it go) and I clearly asked for extra hot peppers on my number 4. I watch her finish my sandwich and noticed she didn’t put any on at all. I nicely said I’m sorry can you add hot peppers? Still no eye contact, she got loud and said “I got it”. Ummmmmm clearly you didn’t. I just left but will NOT be returning. We always go to this location. Not any more.

Normally you have the regular people working but today they were not present and one woman was working.. I was the only person at the time.. she had a very snobbish attitude to every question I had. She insisted she put avocado spread my sandwich when she clearly did not and showed her.. again major attitude when I asked for the spread that I paid for.. I was going to eat in for my lunch break but she now banged on every dish or whatever in the kitchen, I just left... I know this isn't the usual service or personal working but the person working on 3/18/24 at 2:30pm completely sucked!!

I walk in to pick up my order & was ignored the whole time. When I called them out about it the homeless looking guy with no teeth said “i sAiD Hi WhEn YoU wALkEd iN.” Even if you did y so what, everyone else working there still ignored me even when everyone had left. They should change their name to “wE hIrE aNyOnE sAnDwIcHeS”
