I love jimmy John’s usually, I tried this location because it’s down the street from my new job. The staff was nice, but the food quality was by far the worst I’ve ever had from them! Hair in my food, tasted “off”, they gave me old avocados and meat, it just wasn’t good. I hate to even leave a bad review, but they gotta do better. You’d have better food at a different location, unfortunately.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, incredibly fast, and the food was delicious. I had my hands full and one of the employees saw that and offered me a larger bag and drink carrier to make things easier, which I really appreciated. Thank you Jimmy John’s! Keep it up!

I ordered an Italian hot sandwich regular size and a young lady who took the order said “ are you gonna eat all that ? ( and she said twice ) . I couldn’t believe my ears what I heard . Food is good but customer service very very unprofessional. Looks like she is 19 yo.

Zero stars for customer service. I came here because we have a family member at Medical City and hospital food is not the best, they like Jimmy John’s and wanted to do something nice for them. Realized they are across from hospital. So it was perfect. First and last time we come to this location. Fred (name on receipt) was not welcoming at all. He seemed so annoyed that I was placing an order. He kept huffing and puffing, while making order. I think he needs a day off or some retraining in customer service.

Treat delivery driver the same way you would treat regular customers, we are human but best believe that Everytime we the delivery driver go to pick up and you give us a bad treatment and attitude you'll get a one star review. No exceptions here!
Update They turned online orders back on, however the man who made my sandwich made it incorrectly he didn't put the lettuce on there and as soon as I walked in the door he rolled his eyes and said you got to be kidding me, he was sitting down in a chair by the front door.
