Normally you have the regular people working but today they were not present and one woman was working.. I was the only person at the time.. she had a very snobbish attitude to every question I had. She insisted she put avocado spread my sandwich when she clearly did not and showed her.. again major attitude when I asked for the spread that I paid for.. I was going to eat in for my lunch break but she now banged on every dish or whatever in the kitchen, I just left... I know this isn't the usual service or personal working but the person working on 3/18/24 at 2:30pm completely sucked!!

I walk in to pick up my order & was ignored the whole time. When I called them out about it the homeless looking guy with no teeth said “i sAiD Hi WhEn YoU wALkEd iN.” Even if you did y so what, everyone else working there still ignored me even when everyone had left. They should change their name to “wE hIrE aNyOnE sAnDwIcHeS”

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because this was worst customer service ever. Me and my partner order food last night and it was like 19 mins before they had close but you guys are making sandwiches so it’s pretty easy and quick but we are looking at the clock it’s 9:23 and we still have no food so I take it upon myself to call and they have the phone unhooked. I thought that was very unprofessional. If you don't want to work why apply for the job. If you can’t handle this type of job then customer service is not for you!!!!!

In the JJ website says the store opens at 10:30am; yesterday made an order online for pickup at 11:00am. Store wasn't open; went to eat at Mike's next door. By the time I was done around 11:40am, the place still wasn't open and I haven't gotten my money back.

Today I stopped by to get a quick bit on the run. Walked in, and notice at least 4 employee's. Stood there waiting at least 5 long minutes an never got asked what I wanted. The one African Amrerican closest to the count kept on doing whatever it was that he was doing. I was really disappointed. Walked out and grabbed a Chippotle instead. Customer service is not what it used to be anymore. I'll never stop here again.

30 mins till 12 and the doors locked and the chairs aint even down the man inside straight up ignores everyone dont even have enough respect to come say something why say open at 1030 if they dont have someone there ready and open at the correct time?

Tried to go in at 8:30PM and they had the lights off, chairs up and were cleaning and would not let us in. It says they close at 9PM.

not too sure why the reviews in the past have been low..maybe a change of management/employees or a few bad days on their end BUT i love this location!!!! I've never had any issues with them and have been a couple of times. everyone is super friendly, helpful, and just awesome!! never any issues with my order or anything of the sort.

I like the texture of the bread better than Subway's. This location had fresher veggies than we got at Subway the day before.
