Regular Jimmy John's customer. This is only my experience at this location.
Ordered a giant spicy Italian with a couple add-ons. Incredibly skimpy on the meat and missing every add-on. Barely anything in the sandwich. This is a $20 sandwich. Looked more like a $6 gas station sandwich.

They say your order is delivered-- you call to ask why it's not, you get placed on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on.. 15 minutes after my food was supposedly delivered, I had to call back to cancel and request a refund. Poor customer service and communication. And if the food had finally arrived no doubt it would have been soggy. This place is right across the street, and if I had the time to run over instead of inconveniencing them do a delivery, i would.

Very disappointed with this location. The past 3 times, including today - it seems as though no one at this location can follow order instructions. I didn’t think it was that hard to hold lettuce or include napkins, but here we are. Will not be returning.

Didn't answer the phone. Call a couple times and they answer. Order, guy says it'll be 15 min. I wait 45 min and a call back. He says they are so busy and they'll deliver it soon enough. I ask why he said 15 minutes and he hangs up the phone. I call back and he is screening my calls, as a business. This guy might be having a bad day but if you can't even offer sub par service from Jimmy John's you should call your mom and tell her you are coming back home forever
