Very disappointed with this location. The past 3 times, including today - it seems as though no one at this location can follow order instructions. I didn’t think it was that hard to hold lettuce or include napkins, but here we are. Will not be returning.

Didn't answer the phone. Call a couple times and they answer. Order, guy says it'll be 15 min. I wait 45 min and a call back. He says they are so busy and they'll deliver it soon enough. I ask why he said 15 minutes and he hangs up the phone. I call back and he is screening my calls, as a business. This guy might be having a bad day but if you can't even offer sub par service from Jimmy John's you should call your mom and tell her you are coming back home forever

Freaky average delivery speed, order placed at 12:31, delivered at 1:30. Food is good, hard to mess up a sandwich and a bag of chips!

I worked at the store and they did not pay me for two wings and a tip out cash out for delivery driving they never paid me and I worked my butt off and they never paid me at all. They keep saying they sent my checks through the mail they never did if I were you I would never work for the store because other employees were already warning me that they do that that they try to get out from paying you and that’s exactly what they’re doing to me they’re trying not to pay me.and I’m talking about the one in downtown Dallas the one off victory and his name is Luke they will not pay you be careful working for them that’s the most dishonest store I have ever worked at in my life!!!!
I would have gave no stars, however the guy was really friendly at the register. I ordered a Turkey Tom, and received nothing but lettuce and bread. There was very little if any meat on the sandwich. I had more lettuce than anything. I would like to know if they make their own sandwiches this thin on the meat. Completely dissatisfied, I just left the store, only thing on my mind is that I won’t ever come here again!!

30 "sandwiches" for $90 and can't even put the meat between the bread.Let me have lettuce and cucumber with meat on the side, please. I'll continue to make better sandwiches at home for this.

They closed an hour early, It's annoying when establishements do this. I did see two employees in there. Maybe they have a good reason.

Went to this location on august 10th around 6:30-7. Order took a little bit longer due to workers constantly talking.. no big deal. Get home and my order was wrong. They made me the completely wrong sandwich. Called to get my sandwich fixed and I asked if they could deliver (I live 7 minutes away). Female worker answers phone and says yes that they will deliver my correct sandwich. 30 minutes later I call back to see where my sandwich is... female answers phone again stating "I was just about to call you to tell you that's out of our delivery zone". THEN when I said she should have called me before 30 minutes have pasted she lied and changed her answer to "I already called you". Incompetent worker. She told me she will refund me but at this point I doubt that will happen. Very unhappy.
