I love the music and the staff was so sweet.When I say well manner young men in this location. I just want to let them know I did sign up for the rewards. I will definitely be back this location is definitely a different atmosphere. Ask for Xaevier he did my Italian sandwich for me and it was so goooooddddd.

I only ordered here because it's supposed to be fast delivery. I waited an hour after placing the order & food still hadn't shown even though we're literally down the street. I called them and they said they didn't have the order before even asking me my name or any details from the order. I gave him my address and he magically found the order and said he would have it to me in eight minutes. They actually did bring the food, but didn't include the drink that I paid for or the bacon that I paid THREE DOLLARS to have added to the sandwich. Three dollars for what I'm assuming is two strips of bacon and they didn't even put it on the sandwich. Never again, Jimmy John's. The food isn't even very good. I just wanted something to be delivered quickly, which is supposedly your whole gimmick, but apparently that's too difficult for you as well.

Shocker, this location still sucks at their job. Have not ordered jimmy John’s in months due to this locations inability to get you your order under an hour. Often times it has missing items and then the location refuses to take blame. Just tried today, it took 1.5hrs and now they use Uber, so that makes it even harder to find out where your order is.

I ordered a sandwich and it took over 3 hours to be delivered. I spoke to multiple different workers and they all assured me it was on its way (when the location is only 5 minutes from me) and then canceled the order without telling me. I had to re-order it and they barely even gave me a refund. I suggest either going to the actual location and seeing them make the sandwich or ordering from elsewhere. So much for "freaky fast, in 30 minutes or less" more like check back the following day if you're lucky.

Soooo rude. Ordered through door dash & they called saying they have no drivers right now…. Ok so then don’t be active for delivery on door dash then if you have no one to deliver? Anyways, they are taking forever to cancel my order in the app, so I can’t get my credits back for another food order, so I’m left with no dinner. I called twice to ask them to cancel it and rude GM had literally no sympathy and was just like “it’s voided on my end talk to door dash” …. MA’AM I CANT BECAUSE THE ORDER IS STILL ACTIVE SO IT SAYS I HAVE TO CALL YOUR STORE FOR HELP. Just ridiculous. Then tried arguing with me that I won’t get door dash credits anyways, thinking I was talking about the money going back on my card. Just dumb and quite a failure at runing a simple sandwich shop. Like … do better?

I love Jimmy John’s. Been getting delivery from this location regularly for past 1.5 years. Always order the same sandwich. It’s comical at this point how they ALWAYS get at least one part of my order wrong. The most common one is forgetting to add sauce (almost every single time). Well this time they forgot TURKEY. Really!? On a turkey sandwich?! They’re sending me a new sandwich but still. Highly recommend going in PERSON to make sure they get your order right. I wish the app/website would let you choose which location delivers to you.
