I wish I could add a video - I did on yelp. The store for one smelled HORRIBLE. I can’t name the smell but it was awful. When I got home to eat my sandwich (probably shouldn’t have) I bit in and the bread was stale and hard as a rock. I can tap it with my nails and it sounds like I’m tapping on my phone screen with my nails.

Very bad service I went to buy a meal and the person who has glasses is a separate lady who was rude had 1 louse in her hair and on my part very bad service on the part of that lady

My online order was cancelled because they didn’t have my bread. I submitted the order again , it was declined.
So I went in person to JJ’s. They made two perfectly identical orders and handed one to me and one to a delivery driver (despite my order showing as cancelled), and somehow it set off zero bells that something was amiss

I ordered through a third-party delivery service, but what on earth? If I wanted an 8-foot tall loaf of bread for dinner I would have bought one. This was a Turkey Tom I cut in half on wheat bread that I ended up eating with a fork and knife because I could not even manage to bite into it.

I usually love this location but I’ve had a lot of issues lately. A week ago they forgot my drink and I had to call back several times to try and get it redelivered or refunded and they never did either one. I ordered today and my drink was also missing and I keep trying to call the store and get a busy signal.
I have been going to different Jimmy John’s all over the DFW area for several years and this is a location that I have frequented throughout my time in DFW. They always get my order right and the staff is very friendly and easy going. It’s a great location for sure!

sandwich was great however they had no sweet tea and the lady did not offer to make more.
only one employee during the time I was there (it was not freaky fast) we actually had to wait a while. The other one was out to deliver.
The mens restroom seemed like it had not been cleaned for days it even had red mold in the toilet bowl. The table and floor were filthy.
This is the worst JJ I've been to!

The food is fantastic. There have been a few occasions when I visit this location where employees seem busy, distracted, or annoyed that I am there to place an order. Most recently, an employee asked me to shout my order across the store while he was filling up a drink. I didn't feel very comfortable with that. But the food is always excellent and I've also had good experiences.
