They took my order but then closed so when I got my food it was the next Tuesday. I mean they remade my order which was pretty good and all. Not a late night place.

This location is trash. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t complete orders. My orders keep getting cancelled after about 5 Uber drivers show up and then leave. Trash.

Placed an electronic order and this location still managed to mess it up. This is probably the third time this has happened at this location. The sliced bread is not cooked all the way through, the raw dough is evident. They also gave me the butt of the bread or not a full slice idk what it is exactly - not okay. Going in person? Be prepared to wait because there is no sense of urgency here. My favorite is when the workers don’t change out their gloves - touching the food then touching the register screen then returning back to touching the food. Over it. Will be going to a new location going forward.

How are you a sandwich shop and constantly OUT OF BREAD? Twice I’ve ordered pickup on DoorDash and showed up only to find out they’re “out of bread.” Either the employees are lying because they’re too lazy to make sandwiches after 9, or whoever is managing inventory has no idea what they’re doing. Either way, unacceptable. Do NOT go here. Straight garbage.

I wish I could add a video - I did on yelp. The store for one smelled HORRIBLE. I can’t name the smell but it was awful. When I got home to eat my sandwich (probably shouldn’t have) I bit in and the bread was stale and hard as a rock. I can tap it with my nails and it sounds like I’m tapping on my phone screen with my nails.
The sandwiches were average at best. Very little vegetables and they left out my side of peppers.

Very bad service I went to buy a meal and the person who has glasses is a separate lady who was rude had 1 louse in her hair and on my part very bad service on the part of that lady

My online order was cancelled because they didn’t have my bread. I submitted the order again , it was declined.
So I went in person to JJ’s. They made two perfectly identical orders and handed one to me and one to a delivery driver (despite my order showing as cancelled), and somehow it set off zero bells that something was amiss

We’re incredibly grateful for their outstanding service! Highly recommend for small or large orders. IE we ordered 18 boxes of 1/3 sized sandwiches, 30 small subs per box. Order in advance.

I ordered through a third-party delivery service, but what on earth? If I wanted an 8-foot tall loaf of bread for dinner I would have bought one. This was a Turkey Tom I cut in half on wheat bread that I ended up eating with a fork and knife because I could not even manage to bite into it.
