The lady with the bold eyebrows is unnecessarily rude. This location is convenient with the hospital across the street and the service is always fast even when busy but the verbal aggression from this employee was uncalled for at pick up

We love subs in our house and eat them 1-2 days a week and our jimmy johns by our house has gone to our go too, so I offered to pick it up for me and my coworkers today at work and went to this location and I don’t think I’ll Be back to this one, the staff was absolutely horrible and rude as the lady who took my order acted like she’s didn’t even wanna be there, no problem people have bad days went too another team member wanting to about the pickle sandwich and was very short with me and I asked if we could put this transaction on my account so I could get points and informed me that was too late since the lady already processed my order I asked don’t you think she should ask that then first his response was shrug and didn’t care ……been to a lot of jimmy John’s never experience anything like this ……JIMMY JOHNS GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER

I ordered three sandwiches yesterday, one of them was the new pickle sandwich they had. By the time I drove home, I found that there was no meat in my sandwich just a pickle and cheese. I went back to the store and asked for a refund and they oblige with no issue. My wife and my son both ate their sandwich but this morning both woke up sick from their stomach. I am not sure if there’s any correlation, but I did not eat there and I did not get sick and they were fine throughout the day yesterday.

Safe was nice, bathroom was clean ( you do need to ask for a code it get into the restroom though. )
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub #6 and apparently a limited time Mediterranean wrap that is vegetarian as well.

Order Mediterranean wrap feast with drink, pita chips and hummus for myself $14.50 and then a garlic parmesan wrap for my boyfriend for around $13. They forgot the chips, hummus and my boyfriend’s dressing that was supposed to come on the side with the garlic parm wrap. My wrap was also supposed to have feta and it didn’t. We called and they said we could come get it, obviously we didn’t want to drive all the way back up there over their mistake, we were hungry. So then the manager said she would give us a credit on our jimmy John’s account and I never received it. Pretty sure she just told us what we wanted to hear to get us off the phone. Won’t be returning. We’ve ordered from here a lot and the only time our order comes out right is when we are there to correct them. We spent $30 plus tipped the driver who checked us out at the front. The wraps were also disgusting I don’t know what it was about the shredded chicken but it did not taste right at all.
