Can the employees be any less motivated? I could barely hear the clerk talk. The two employees made me and my wife feel like we were a bother. I guess business isn’t welcome. Sandwich looked lackluster. I’ll never come to this location again. It was my first time too. Felt uneasy seeing one of the employees sneezing too.

Just ordered a sandwich and they brought one with mayo no bacon and no drink. I spent $21 dollars for this. Called and the manager says they can give me 3 dollars store credit! Not even refund me and then told me I was “making things up” because she saw the sandwich get made. I def know what bacon and a drink looks like and would love to have a half of what I ordered. Avoid this place they’ve been getting bad reviews for years and it’s obvious why. You’d thing you could at least get customer service right.

Did an online order and order was not ready at pickup. I had to wait a total of about 15 minutes. Got home and my sandwich was wrong. Highly disappointed. Won't be coming back to this location.

Went here yesterday. Poor review score made me a bit wary. Not sure what's up with that, but I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and communicative, we even joked around a bit. Location was very clean and organized. I'll admit I didn't think I was a huge fan of Jimmy John's food, but my wife had a craving and wasn't feeling well so I went to pick it up... And it was one of the best itialian sandwiches I've had, from a chain at least. I went in not hungry, not thrilled, came out feeling very helped by staff and devouring a sandwich I couldn't get enough of. Jimmy John's....you're alright. We're about to move out of country and I think I've been missing out the past 8 years living here.. So... Expand into Canada? I'll be waiting. (quick Google shows me you are in fact already there! See you soon 😉)

Jimmy John’s is tasting bland recently. I don’t know why. The food is not bad, but it is like a recipe was changed in the past year or so. I find myself less inclined to go and I have been going since it was a tiny chain in Milwaukee with sprouts on the sandwich.

I am so exhausted with this store. As someone who used to work at jimmy johns this store is completely out of whack. They continously mess up my sandwiches and cut them in half WHEN I DONT ASK THEM TO! they also have put ranch and onions on my chicken bacon ranch when i ordered on the app and asked for none multiple times. They just made me a wrap and it looks completely horrible (will attach pictures). Not to mention that every time i go in person and there is no customers, they are EXTREMELY SLOW!! It took them 10 minutes to make me 2 sandwiches once! That isnt how it works here!! Today they put and EXTREME AMOUNT OF LETTUCE ON MY SANDWICH!! And cut both of them in half i am so frustrated its not even funny. Its not hard to follow directions.
Ther service is always great. There was a very sweet cashier there that helped me choose out some desserts to try. The food is good, but those desserts are definitely worth it.

The lady with the bold eyebrows is unnecessarily rude. This location is convenient with the hospital across the street and the service is always fast even when busy but the verbal aggression from this employee was uncalled for at pick up
