Went here yesterday. Poor review score made me a bit wary. Not sure what's up with that, but I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and communicative, we even joked around a bit. Location was very clean and organized. I'll admit I didn't think I was a huge fan of Jimmy John's food, but my wife had a craving and wasn't feeling well so I went to pick it up... Jimmy John’s is tasting bland recently. I don’t know why. The food is not bad, but it is like a recipe was changed in the past year or so. I find myself less inclined to go and I have been going since it was a tiny chain in Milwaukee with sprouts on the sandwich.
Safe was nice, bathroom was clean ( you do need to ask for a code it get into the restroom though. )
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub #6 and apparently a limited time Mediterranean wrap that is vegetarian as well.
