I’ve been eating at Jimmy Johns for roughly 25 years now. This is one of the better stores, although I’ve never really had a many negative experience at any one of the many stores. I inadvertently ordered the Italian nightclub when I meant to order the spicy East Coast, and the very nice young men Alex & Victor gave me a side of the cherry peppers that my sandwich had been missing because I put it in the wrong order. We came from Austin, and the Hispanic looking lady at night was so helpful she chatted us down the entire time we were waiting she was super sweet and kind ..I enjoyed our sandwich , she also made sure my wife was happy by her being on a strict diet she knew exactly what she needed..thanks we will be back when we are back in town..

We ordered to Vito’s which is hard to mess up. Our order was wrong and the sandwiches were thrown together with the meat and cheese falling out. It was at 10:39am with no customers so being is a rush was no excuse.
