Jimmy John’s always delivers (literally), but today’s experience was next level thanks to their amazing delivery driver, Cole! He was incredibly friendly, right on time, and made sure my order was perfect down to the last detail. It’s rare to get someone who’s not only professional but genuinely upbeat — his positive attitude made my day. The sandwich was fresh, the delivery was lightning fast, and the service couldn’t have been better. Huge shoutout to him for representing Jimmy John’s so well — 10/10 experience!

I have ordered delivery multiple times from this location and every time the food has arrived late. Planning for that, I placed an online order today at 10am for delivery at 12:15pm. I called the store at 1pm to check on the order and they had not even started making the food. I was told they were “very busy”. I will never order from this location again.

This restaurant is slow I came in to pick up a delivery order, apparently they messed up on a catering order and they had to remake the order I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes then I asked how much longer the cold line cook was upset I asked how much longer costumers came in order and received order before me . I know she was upset and couldn’t handle the pressure that’s why she made my order last.
