I had a special request and Keke exceeded my expectations. I ordered a salami garlic herb wrap with all the veggies minus the meat!!! Strange order (I KNOW) Keke put so much love into my wrap I swore it was meat on it! It was absolutely delicious thank you... I am now a huge fan of JJ's

Just can't get service at the location on Hillcrest. Walk in, stand there for 10 minutes while the employee is over in the corner slicing meat. He sees me standing there. No other customers. Unfortunately the server just does not want to bother. I get that hiring is a real challenge right now, and if it continues your restaurant will lose money.

Totally botched the order. They missed every add/sub that I selected and forgot one of the bags of chips I ordered. This isn’t rocket science… get better. Never coming back to this location.

Do not order from here. Delivery especially is like you are Charlie Brown and they are Lucy with the football: think it will be better this time? Aaaaargh.This time, bag the order was in looked like it had been shoved in a backpack and put in a dryer. Sandwich crushed, chips smashed. Of course the order was wrong -- you *will* have onions, like them or not, and you *will not* get the correct drink. Next time I'll make the better choice and just go hungry.

So this is a complicated mess...Ordered two sandwiches online today...I used my Birthday free sandwich promo...when I showed up there was only one bag with one sandwich...I explained to the staff that I was missing part of my order and showed them my receipt in my email...the man working with me took my phone to the Manager to show him what I had ordered...I heard the manager in the background say "I'm not giving him a free sandwich"...So I was forced to place a new order and pay for another sandwich...I warned them that this would lead to a bad review and they did not seem to care...I can't stress how awful this customer service was...my blood was literally boiling over a $9 sandwich...30 minutes later they called me and apologized for making a mistake...apparently my order was split between web pick up & regular pick up...I don't really understand the difference...I want to thank the young man Michael who was trying to help me resolve this...You could tell Michael wanted to do the right thing approaching the manager multiple times hoping for a more effective resolution...

The lady argued me down about how she was allowed to make my sandwich and wouldn't even try to listen or make me the customer satisfied. Just poor customer service.

The girl helping me over the phone was oddly accusatory of a mistake she made on her part? I was changing from Pick-up to Delivery, well aware that there were going to be surcharges. But only after the cancellation of my order does she tell me that my reward for the sandwich is not transferable... then tries to hold me accountable for not wanting to follow through with the change in service and going on to tell me that the cancellation had to happen if I wanted to switch how I was getting my order? Yeah, I know that? But had she informed me BEFORE she cancelled my Pick-up order, I would have not wanted a Delivery service. How is that my fault? Weird.

I ordered over an hour ago. It’s also been out for delivery over an hour. I called the restaurant after it had been 30 minutes and they told me they would call the driver and get back with me. Another 30 minutes went by and I never heard from her so I called back. She told me the delivery driver was already back at the restaurant and they still had not delivered my order. FREAKY SLOW.

This specific Jimmy John's has messed up my order more than any other restaurant. How the hell do you forget to add CHEESE to a simple ham and cheese sandwich(slim 1). Go to any other Jimmy Johns, but avoid this place.
