Horrible. Bad smell in the air, bathrooms were dirty, one of the workers used the iPad, touched the register, built a burger and also handled fry’s all without changing gloves.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The owner is an a** hole! So I ordered chili cheese fries and a burger over the phone. I get to the place and he rings me up for a large chili cheese fries when I never requested a large whatsoever. So I say I'm not paying that much for the fries cause that's not what I ordered. I was ok with him charging me for a small. But then he goes and says well it's already done. Pretty much making it seem like I have no option to purchase the small chili cheese fries that I had ordered in the first place. So I say I don't even want the food anymore since he refused me service. He then proceeds to say "that's b********* Told me not to ever come back again. I won't ever be back again cause he has a smart a** mouth and doesn't know how to treat customers. He even tried to argue me down as I was walking out. The food is good but f*** the owner is trash! Stay away!

Its a good home stule burger with excellent fresh cut fries. Great flavor in yhe burger with spicey jalapeños on top. I enjoyed this lunch break. Great job.

Jimmy's is a disappointment. Literally served us a raw chicken sandwich, expired ranch dressing, and brought out one dish at a time when we ordered several entrees for several people. We ended up asking them to just pack up half our order to go. The food that was edible was under seasoned and cold. The service is cold and uncaring. When we asked for napkins since there were none on the table, they brought us a GIANT roll of brown paper towels that you would insert in an automatic dispenser. Not once did anyone apologize for all the food we had to send back or they had to remake. Never going to Jimmy's again.

We've had great experiences here before. Unfortunately this time, a chicken sandwich came out raw in the middle. Would really recommend management to work on the food quality checks and overall service.

Literally sold me an expired coke drink then noticed and went back in just to he told "we cant take it back for covid reasons" and while making my drink selection he told me things were expired...like eww? why keep them in the fridge if they're expired. I believe it was due to me being gay because all i got were dirty looks inside this place. Steer clear of expired drinks and racism.

Been going here for a minute, tonight was by far the worst burger ever. The meat tasted old and look old fries were stale.. Ugh. My son ordered onion rings and it was a total of 5... will not be going back

Drove all the way from downtown Dallas to this place thinking the reviews were valid. Food was not good at all. I ordered the classic cheese burger with chili and I onions. They barely got it chili on it I couldn't taste it, the fries weren't seasoned and the burger was cooked way too hard. My son said his tenders tasted like hard fried dough with only a small amount of actual chicken breast meat under the crust. Won't be going back. Gave it a two star review because the service was decent and friendly.
I ordered Jimmy's Burgers on Yelp/ GrubHub. The food was ready on time and when I picked up, the gentleman at the counter gave outstanding service. He immediately helped me, was kind and informed me of his website. The burgers are made of real, fresh, not frozen patties. Fast food chains have nothing on Jimmy's.

Food was decent. Got a burger that was kinda dry and just mediocre. Fries were ok too. I like that they're fresh fries, but if you're already going through the process of cooking fresh fries... take an extra minute and double fry them. My fish was gross, very fishy. The salad was just a like of shredded lettuce with a few cut up veggies on top... And the guy at the counter isn't very friendly at all. Just later in the booth watching videos on his phone while the place remains filthy.

Omg! Had the Texas burger and loaded fries! Sooo goood! The Texas fries are huge by the way! It's a meal on its own which was shared with hubby. He got the habanero burger and said it was really good!! Customer service is great! The guy at the counter was a big help it was our first time here! Will definitely be coming back!
