We use JK Chocolate for our client review gifts, and let me say…Maripaz is AMAZING. Super responsive and always sends the orders out immediately. I love working with them and corresponding with them. I am so glad I found them after our previous vendor closed.
This company is horrible. I placed an order for Christmas gifts and only received one of my three items. I messaged the company several times and didn’t receive an email back until my third email. The person offered me three options for the inconvenience and I clearly took the refund since it was not after Christmas. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my refund. Driven by a million times and never stopped… until last Thursday. From the time we walked thru the door, these guys were on the ball. Demos, samples, flexibility, and great tasting product! I was full by the time we left! Total customization and 24 hours later we had 15 tins of their mini chocolate chip cookies, personalized and wrapped! Unbelievable attitude and service. Will definitely be using again. #highlyrecommend
