I came to get some of your cookies and it says you guys open at 10am. I got there and waited 20 mins after you guys open and you guys were not there. I do love your guys cookies but don’t know if i will be coming back if you guys can’t open on time.

This company is horrible. I placed an order for Christmas gifts and only received one of my three items. I messaged the company several times and didn’t receive an email back until my third email. The person offered me three options for the inconvenience and I clearly took the refund since it was not after Christmas. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my refund. I’ve sent 3 more emails and haven’t received a response to any of them. This company unethical, horrible customer service and a complete fraud. Do not order from them unless you want your money stolen!

The customer service at JK is top notch, too. I live in another city and had an order snaffu and JK went above and beyond to help me. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Driven by a million times and never stopped… until last Thursday. From the time we walked thru the door, these guys were on the ball. Demos, samples, flexibility, and great tasting product! I was full by the time we left! Total customization and 24 hours later we had 15 tins of their mini chocolate chip cookies, personalized and wrapped! Unbelievable attitude and service. Will definitely be using again. #highlyrecommend
