Despite reaching out the business multiple times like the owner requested, I have not heard back from them. The owner clearly copy-pasted that response with no intention of actually doing anything. Avoid this place

We had a reservation for 5 at 6:45. When we got there they said our table was not yet ready. So we went to the bar to grab a drink. After 15 minutes I went to check and they said it's still not ready. We had reservations for the patio. We looked out there to find around 6 open and clean tables. After just under 30 minutes AFTER our reservation time we were finally seated. We were put in a back corner with tables that rocked 3-4 inches in every direction. It took another 10 minutes for someone to come by to take drink orders and give us a handful of napkins to try and level the tables ourselves. Our waitress was very unorganized, confused when asked simple questions about the menu and spoke with a whisper in a very loud patio. She would not come back for 15-20 minutes between checking up on us. We ordered queso that was came to us cold. Had to ask for water refills. Ordered combo fajitas ($25 per person) and only received 2 pieces of steak that were barely rare. Mostly bloody. And cold. The food runners came to the table and didn't speak just sat food down anywhere without asking who had what. We had been here in the past and had thought it would be fun to bring friends only to be embarrassed that we recommended this at all. What could have been a fun night of TexMex on a fun patio turned out to be an expensive night of frustration and disappointment.

It's my favorite Tex mex happy hour in town. On two occasions the frozen margaritas have had a strong taste of chlorine, so they could use some quality control. But all other times the margaritas have been perfect. The fajitas are great and the staff is always amazing.

Fun Tex Mex restaurant in central Dallas. Came here for brunch with a friend on a Saturday afternoon and there was lots of seating available. I was greeted and seated immediately. There's complimentary chips and salsa and I ordered the regular queso to start. The chips were made fresh, the salsa was bland. The queso was average, nice to munch on while we talked and looked at the menu. The second batch of chips we got was way to salty, but by that time our food was coming out. For my entree, I enjoyed the chicken verde enchiladas and a coconut ranch water. The enchiladas was very good, the chicken was well seasoned and the really liked the verde sauce. Also, the rice and beans had great flavor. I would definitely stop back in during happy hour. It's a vibrant place, with lots of space and beautiful. I would say it's perfect for a group brunch or date night.

Another fantastic Tex-Mex place in the heart of Dallas. This one has been on my list since they opened and what better day to check em' out than National Margarita Day?!? There is a small parking lot in front of the restaurant but luckily when that fills up there is also a free parking garage in the same lot. Service was fine, nothing special. Our server was certainly timely and considerate if nothing else. Obviously it's a crazy, chaotic day and everyone is doing their best. On this day, they were having a battle of the margs... Passion Fruit VS. Hibiscus. Passion Fruit was a unanimous winner. I personally couldn't taste much Passion in the Passion Fruit but hey, it was better than the Hibiscus for sure. and now you will find that on the menu in May. I also tried the frozen strawberry margarita with a fire in the hole! shot on the side, perfect combo of spicy and sweet when paired. The outdoor patio was a nice vibe with spacious seating. Perfect for Dallas patio weather. The patio is dog friendly and the inside bar partially opens to the outside. The guac was very fresh, definitely a little tang to it with all that Tajin they put on there but it was still enjoyable. Joe's Queso was the way to go, smooth and creamy. I had the fajitas on this particular visit and they did not disappoint. Topped with some crispy onions for some extra flavor. The tortillas were soo good, very authentic taste. I am looking forward to coming again for brunch or happy hour.

The wait staff was very nice but the hostess staff, not so much! Maybe she was just having a bad day though. It was very rainy! I liked their queso, margs, and their salsa! My table and menu was a little dirty. Also the napkin had mysterious brown marks on it. Fajitas were good but not the best I've had. I would have liked the chicken fajita meat to be a bit more juicy. I would probably return to give them another chance.

Joe Leo's Queso was be the good. And the salsa too! If I could buy it by the pint I would. I had the golden tacos and my husband had the fajitas. The shrimp was amazing

Average Tex Mex spot in Dallas - minimal menu, food is okay. Queso was not a unique recipe (velveeta-like), golden beef taco was the best, skip on the sopapillas (presentation lacking). I wouldn’t put this on my “must list” not bad, not great. Truly average experience.

If you pay by credit card, keep an eye on your statement. The server that I had decided to tip himself an extra $10 over what I had already tipped him. Dude, that is just straight up theft. Called the location and they were of no help. Watch out or the same may happen to you

Came to Joe-Leo’s in a terrible mood , and came to come and eat..little did I know that was going to be the highlight of my day. Crystal , young lady with black curly hair was so sweet and caring. She noticed I was having a bad day and did anything she could to make my day better. Little things like this go along ways because you don’t know what people are going through. Little did she know she saved my life!! Please give her a raise or promote her. She did a fantastic job❤️

Came in today for some dinner and had amazing fajitas ! So delicious the food and drinks were so good like always . Only tonight the atmosphere was very different towards the end there was a server who seemed very intoxicated yelling around the restaurant cussing .. doesn’t seem very professional and no one seemed to have control management wise . . Will definitely not be coming when she’s working or want her as my server …

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Joe Leo's Fine Tex Mex, where the service truly stood out, thanks to a server named Crystal. From the moment she greeted us with a warm smile, it was evident that we were in for a delightful experience. Crystal's professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our meal. She took the time to explain the Tex-Mex menu, offering recommendations based on our preferences, and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Her genuine enthusiasm and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. Overall, Crystal's exceptional service elevated our dining experience at Joe Leo's Fine Tex Mex, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable Tex-Mex meal with top-notch service.

Hispanic cuisine is one of my favorites and they defined it very well at this establishment. The chips and salsa was the star of the show, idk how they hand that shit out for free as finger food when it SHOULD be a menu item. The queso was delicious, I got so full off that stuff I could get a real food item but that should tell you enough about how wonderful this place is!!! The drinks are also amazing, and reasonably priced. Our server Adam was quick and communicative and while he said he was new I surly couldn't tell. I didn't get a change to take a photo because I ate the food as soon as I saw it it looked so good. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for some quick eats or a good drink without breaking the bank! (Interior design is a sight to see!)

My server crystal was AMAZING!! Best experience I've ever had at joes. I've been many times before but have never had such an enjoyable experience until I had crystal as my server! She was very knowledgeable on the menu and drink menu. Gave us the best recommendations! I got the chicken enchiladas and my husband got the beef fajitas and they were so good!!! She also recommended that we get the peoples margaritas and I will never ever get another drink other than the peoples margarita! We love you crystal and will be coming back for you girl!!
