Food is decently good, but this place lacks service. My order was placed online due to the cashier being on her personal phone and not acknowledging me in front of her after standing for 10 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes for my order to come out I went back to the register to find her still on the phone and not attending anyone. Never again will I go to this place

$18 for 4 items and a drink. The pineapple quencher was very pineappley but also had a bunch of added sugar. The fries were very similar to McDonald's fries. The biscuits were really good, if you get them fresh and warm probably best biscuits around. The Macncheese was awful, if the taste was worse it would be disgusting. The chicken is pretty good! Only had 1 piece but it was really good for the cost. Would go back for chicken breast and biscuits if I felt the urge.

Was very excited about this location opening in Dallas! Have been in a few times and food has been good each time. It makes my Filipina heart very happy. My biggest complaint is that they seem to run out of palabok often. It is my favorite item on the menu and they’ve been out two times that I’ve been on Sundays. Don’t really understand how you can have that on your menu and be out by 3 pm with no mention of making more…this is honestly my only complaint besides the pricing! Otherwise I will continue to support :)

While I would normally give more stars I deducted some today. For some reason they didn't have their signature spicy chicken joy. And service was a mess, first they made my order dine in instead of takeout, somehow almost forgot a family sized spaghetti was able to get that fixed before i left, and didn't know what a palabok Fiesta was.... despite it being on the menu... currently the location in plano offers better service... update reducing the stars to 1 at this location.2ND TRIP: Food was clearly about to go bad at this location mashed potatoes had a sour taste and the adobo rice was sticky. This location still had no spicy and clearly staff have no respect for the food. IF YOURE GOING TO RAT AT JOLLIBEE IN DFW GO TO PLANO.

Food is great but employees are not in sync. One person, seems like the manager, cannot deal with pressure. She mostly making excuses and complaining loudly in front of customers. Employees are arguing most of the time, yelling across the room (mostly her) There is not an ounce of professionalism in this establishment. I thought being a Filipino place, it will have a typical Filipino hospitality. Kudos to the guy who took my order tho, he was trying. But one person can make one place look so horrible. Probably more training or hire a different staff. Will come back if I need more drama in my life lol
Just left here the night of 3/21/24 craving spicy chicken only to be told they are out… fine I’ll take regular.. how was it… meh. Bland no flavor should have taken the lack of spicy as a sign to leave. And I sat and ate the fries that had been sitting in a warmer for what tasted like an hour. And ate my bland chicken. Pushing to make it thru to reward myself with a hopefully delicious ube pie!! But again my hope was smashed as I was told they don’t have any. Do again I settle for a peace mango pie that they just handed me off the surface of the sun aka a warmer box. I still can’t feel the area on my tongue where the molten jelly touched down first !! So sad.

Had 3 piece chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. The chicken was so overcooked and tough you could hardly chew it. Mashed potatoes were below average. You have to pay 99 cents a container for dipping sauces. Seems like chicken strips would at least come with one container of sauce to dip them in for a $12.58 price. Overall, very disappointing experience

My wife was craving for some Jollibee because it reminded her of home. I told her that I'll make sure she gets some Jollibee next time we go to Dallas since it's the closest location to our home of residence. When we got to our hotel she noticed that we were missing some side items, so I tried to call this location over 5 times to inform them that they forgot about our side items, mind you that our hotel is over a 45 minute drive. I will never go to this establishment again and will inform all of our close friends and friend not to ever dine here as well. How hard is it to answer the damn phone!

This place was ass the car muckbangers lied this shit is ass I never wanna eat here again everything was so cheap and expensive almost threw up everything smelled rlly bad the rice was nasty after taste and goey the chicken was horrible And the gravy is literally the same as kfc and the fries are the same as McDonalds 1/10 Can't give it a zero cause it ain't possible Also the polab was disgusting felt like I was eating it with lace and the noodles were very salty and felt like I was eating an expired maruchan I couldn't even lick my fingers afterwards that's how bad it was and they ran out of plates even though the place was almost empty literally two other people

First time trying. Just saw it and thought I'd try it. Had 3pc and mashed potatoes. Very good fried chicken. average fast food mashed potatoes but good. Service was friendly but very slow. Slow to have someone take order and slow to get food. They weren't very busy so I'm guessing they were short staffed. Main thing is the fried chicken is very good which is why I tried this place. That's the reason for 5 stars.
