Thought I would support a smaller bagel shop but trust the low reviews :( just ordered some disgusting “chicken salad” - tasted like it was made with leftover rotisserie chicken, and questioning how fresh it is. It just tasted really gamey and not like your typical chicken salad.
The bagels were also not good. Not sure why they all smelled like cinnamon sugar when none of the flavors we ordered were cinnamon. Far from a New York bagel - anyone who says that has never actually tried an authentic New York City bagel.
Add to that there was a homeless person outside their storefront that greeted me before I walked in.
Service was friendly and the only reason for the two stars. Disappointing that people that don’t understand good bagels are opening a second bagel shop on lovers lane. Will be sticking to Shugs from now on.

Best Bagel and Lox I have had in DFW. Sliced Smoked Salmon, Tomato, Red Onion, Capers & Plain Cream Cheese on a Toasted Sesame Bagel. It was amazing.

The place looks fine, but the cinnamon sugar bagel literally just tasted like a bunch of sugar without any cinnamon and I couldnt finish it

So dissapointing. I came here yesterday on my birthday because I'm from out of town and when I asked a local about it, they recommended me to this place. I came by, and I had expected this to be a quick stop. I ended up wasting an hour of my time in this place. My sister and I were thoroughly dissapointed with the service, and I was atleast hoping to enjoy my food in exchange for that time we had wasted. Sadly the food we had ordered was very mediocre. I do not recommend this place to anyone, it is a waste of time and there are better, cheaper places to spend your money. The person working the counter was not an issue, but the woman who seemed to be her manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I hope this issue is fixed accordingly and maybe one day I will come back to try your food again.

I’m not sure of who and why someone was being rude to their fellow staff but I didn’t wanna budge in. It’s crazy how you show this type of energy and proudly in front of customers. Just truly ruined the mood. Just want my bagels man 🤦🏻♀️.

Well their photos they’ve uploaded on here & their website are stolen from bagel cafe 21 in Richardson. Bagel Cafe is amazing but I don’t know if I trust eating here. If it’s the same owners, I don’t see why it wouldn’t be listed on the website. It should be.
