Stopped in for lunch and was notified by staff that there were only a few completely vegan options on the menu. Many of the vegetarian options could be made vegan with the removal of the fried egg.
We ordered the Vegan/Vegetarian Mandu and the Vegan Ramen (Dry Ramen) with fried tofu. The mandu are deep fried and SUPER crispy. Good flavor and the sauce was good, also. The Vegan Ramen isn't really ramen as it's made with glass noodles and there's no broth. Not a problem for me, as they were VERY generous with the tofu and it was very flavorful. The ramen was a tad spicy, so if you're sensitive to heat, be forewarned.
I would come back here if convenient, but probably wouldn't make a special trip.
