Good food! Great customer service!
Kaiyo is one of my favorite spots in Dallas. Have been going several times a month since they opened, and it's always great. The chefs Will and Raymond are talented and do a great job of making you feel welcome. The sushi is fantastic. The restaurant has a great vibe too. I'm vegetarian, and theres several great vegetarian sushi options ( mushroom and eggplant sushi!). Also, they make great cocktails. Highly recommend
Vegetarian options: Mushroom and eggplant nigiri, several vegetarian rolls, vegetarian appetizers

Fantastic sushi restaurant in vibrant lower Greenville. Super attentive staff and the food came out quickly.
The salmon dishes were very innovative in ingredients and presentation, especially the slow cooked salmon.
Definitely check them out. Parking is hectic on the weekend, so come early!

This place is outstanding! Truly one of the best meals I’ve had since moving to Dallas 7 years ago. I can’t even pick a favorite dish because everything was so fresh and delicious! This place trumps all the other incredible sushi spots I’ve been to in Dallas.

This new, more relaxed spot from Shoyo sushi expert Jimmy Park turns out some pretty decent raw fish, albeit in uninspired digs. The food here is really quite good, and the menu spans a decent variety of fresh raw fish and plenty of cooked items to please any group. Service is casual and friendly, and dishes were efficiently delivered. The super-casual atmosphere just felt a little off when racking up a relatively large bill. I think with a bit of upscaling, this place could be a real contender. As it stands, I’d probably spend my money at one of the many other excellent sushi places in town.

I cannot recommend Kaiyo enough! I’m so glad this restaurant was recommended by a friend who knew we’d be in Dallas. The sushi is incredibly fresh, the flavors are full of umami and are so memorable, and the service is so kind. We had the spritz, the wings, the shrimp tempura udon, the firecracker roll, two sushi players, the clams and the chicken katsu and we loved every dish! They have happy hour from 5-6:30pm and some specials depending on the day of the week. We’d be regulars here if we lived in Dallas :)
