Kate Weiser Chocolate

Visited March 2nd. Love these chocolates but had non-existent service. The female worker wouldn't acknowledge my presence at the counter. I patiently waited a few minutes while she entertained a customer. That customer was deciding and meandering. Not one glance, hello, I'll be with you shortly... nothing. I stop here a few times a year to bring chocolates back to Nashville or during layover shopping for Vail trips. It's conveniently located outside Neiman's and an easy step out into the mall to grab some. I dont mind waiting a few minutes but told my Dallas friend shopping with me that it is not worth the bad treatment.

Very beautiful painted chocolates. Bought a 10 piece assorted chocolate box for Valentine's Day. Deciding which chocolates to pick was a challenge but I succeeded in picking the 10 best. 😃 Prices were fair. Highly recommend

Yes they look pretty and taste great but won't be purchasing due to all these toxic food dyes. If you want high quality, avoid these food dyes.

My favorite spot for chocolates in NorthPark Center! I love their variety of chocolates and flavors, and sometimes they have seasonal specials sometimes, which are amazing. Highly recommend for any chocolate lover!

Great chocolates - very tasty. But I was taken aback by the "tip screen swing around". I'm supposed to pay 25% on top of $51 for someone to hand my bag to me when I'm standing at a counter? Then when the girl saw that I didn't tip she said I couldn't have a paper receipt, even though I selected "print receipt" on the screen. Ruthless. I don't tip when I'm standing at a counter, and I won't be back.

My favorite bonbons with unique flavored and exquisite designs. - all decadent and delicious.! I visited the NorthPark counter this evening, (5/17/24 at 7 pm ) to purchase party favor gifts. I was unsure of which bonbons to purchase. The Asian woman working this evening was so lovely! Very patient, very helpful, great smile and such cool energy. My teenage daughter even complimented her demeanor. I did not get her name but she exemplifies the brand so! Kate Weiser she deserves recognition!!

15%, 20%, 25% tip screen? What are you giving complementary Champaign with your very expensive chocolates? So ridiculous. Just pay your employees so your customers don’t have to. They put some chocolates in box. Thanks. I don’t need to be forced to tip for that.
