Had a great dinner at kaze. The chef made the experience really entertaining with the usual hibachi tricks and some fun interactions-kept everyone at the table smiling. The food was solid too; steak and fried rice were both flavorful and cooked well. Service was friendly and pretty efficient, even with a full house. Giving it a 4 star just cuz it was a bit loud and a little rushed at times, but overall a fun and tasty night out.
Haven't been to a hibachi since I was kid so it was fun to try again. The chef was really funny and entertaining. I wouldn't go there for the food tbh but more so for the entertainment or vibe. The food was fine but not amazing. We also got a couple of beers and a large sake. It's pretty hot in there since they are grilling in front of you but will cool down once the chef done.
Hibachi is fun, but would recommend with a larger crowd. Fried rice I don't like due to the lack of vegetables and being a bit salty. Miso soup is just broth without seaweed and tofu, Mochi dessert is not at all like regular mochi. Very crunchy and flavorless :( .
