The white gentleman I had the first time I was there was super nice and super helpful excellent employee from what I saw. The Asian girl my second experience was very rushy and impatient towards me she was talking to her friend on the phone with her airpod while taking my order which is extremely unprofessional. And when I asked her a question she looked at me in a weird way and then said something her her language to her friend she was on the phone with. I felt very disrespected and I left I will not be going there while she’s working and I will advise my friends who I told that this place was amazing not to go while she is there. I hope the other guy gets more hours because that’s who I want serving me he’s a nice person and also actually wants to take your order not just talk on the phone.

I normally order from the Coit location through UberEats. ALOT. So much so that they once put a thank you note with free baklava as a thank you for supporting their business.Today I decided to drive in, and stood next to the counter. There were no other customers there. There was a lady and a gentleman with airpods in the kitchen.The lady did not acknowledge me at all.I stood there for FIVE MINUTES. She never once acknowledged me, or told me that she would be right with me. They completely disregarded my presence.To the owner of the Coit location- customer service goes a long way, and I will and cannot recommend this location in good faith. If you would like to pull your camera footage I was the African American lady at 5:45 pm Sunday 4/7.I am all for supporting small businesses, but this was horrendous customer service.Also- the beef/lamb portions are super small for how much the plates are priced.

I very much dislike this location no one picks up the phone at any time of the day, I just literally ordered food and only god one peace of lamb chop when I ordered a whole plateI went the other night because I called 6 times no one picked up the phone they were closed early with no sign at all when it says they were open online I go to kebabs to go atleast twice a week but everyone I go to that location it makes me not want to go anymore although I love their food at the Irving location

Unpretentious place to get your kebab and gyro cravings met, even late into the night after a few rounds of pool at rack daddy's. It's a 20 min wait though, so maybe shoot another round after ordering.Quality is great and the price is right.

Their sign posted outside states that dine in is available, however upon receiving my food and paying they tell us we cannot eat inside. Dumbest tactic for money ever. Can’t wait for this garbage business to go out.
Great place to pick up good food compared to pricy fast foods. But the price of salmon platter in be reduced as they must be buying salmon in bulk and should cost so much more compared to chicken unless it is a sockeye salmon for 4 small pieces.

Food is hit or miss. The price is ok but the quality sometimes is missing like the chicken can be really dry at times. The salad is great and the rice is usually perfect. The steak can also be dried out at times. For a 20 dollar kebab I'd expect more quality when it comes to the meats. Still my favorite Kebab place in Dallas. The service is usually speedy and the atmosphere is more of a fast food vibe not a lot of space for a big crowd of guests

Food is very high quality but the portions are so bad it’s insulting. A kebab you can eat in 2 bites for $13+. They don’t even have dine in so i don’t know what they’re cutting costs and portions for.
