The food and prices are good. The building is less than desirable.

Although an institution, and somewhere we'd been wanting to go, Keller's old school food is ok, but not spectacular.

The service, quick, to the point, and fast for a made-from scratch burger, was excellent. But the burgers lacked any real taste, despite being covered in thousand island dressing.

Maybe after a night downtown, driving back up Garland Road I'd stop in for a bite. But there are so many other options.

Affordable but not good. The meat was dry and may have been frozen the day before. The vegetables were fresh but the buns were soggy. Really just not a good burger. They clearly don't care about the place with dusty fans, broken booths, and dirty ceiling tiles. The staff was nice and cleaned up well but not in uniform. Outdated, gross, will probably close down soon if I had to guess. I was worried when I saw everyone there 60yo+ ... like Luby's. Outdated and I will not be back since I can make better at home. Sorry for the poor review... take this as constructive advice, do better. I felt like I wasted $8 and regret eating 80% of the burger. I had to throw the rest away.

Second bad experience. Lady was rude the first time and the second time I tried the drive thru. We waited at the speaker and no one answered us so we drove up to the window only for them to tell us we have to go back around to the speaker. Makes no sense. Completely unorganized and horrible service yet AGAIN.

I like coming here with my nephew, the picky eater. They have descent shakes. The drive thru helps if you are not trying to go inside and order. They are pretty quick. I don't think they've ever messed up my order either (knock on wood). I can get my nephew a hot dog, a corn dog or a burger. It's nice to have that option. The buns are covered in poppy seeds, which might cause a false positive on a test. That last tid bit is just from personal experience. P.S
Don't forget to order your tator tots with chilli and cheese.

The place has gone very downhill. The food quality has gone down, the meat tastes old, the fries taste like burnt oil, and we found a hair in our burger. Safe to say we won't be visiting this location anymore.

Food at this location was not so great. The hamburger meat tasted old and not good at all and the tots are too greasy.

My first time here .. on first sight of the cheese tots I got the Ick! Who puts single slice cheese on tots, the travesty. Pushed those aside n attempted the Flaming Rooster ... wow! The taste is so good. Just enough spice w grilled onions, it's a must.
We also ordered the Works which is a double meat burger. Enjoyed the bacon on it, fresh crispy n hot! The onion rings were mid, nothing different than your average ring. Oh BTW I didn't ask but both meals had poppy seed buns, so if you aren't into poppy don't go.
Overall the food was great minus the tots!
The dining area could use a touch up, thinking they went retro but seemed just aged. Would I go back. YES.. Drive thru it is.

Burger and shake were great. I ordered a lemonade without ice due to a sensitive tooth issue. Got the lemonade and it was half a cup of lemonade mixed with water making it less appealing than a flavor additive from Walmart or somewhere similar.

Set your expectations and understand it's excellent for a cheap burger.

The burger was so cold. But the onion rings were very good. Not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. Everything was basic. My SO loved his food.

Cashier was very rude. he said he didn’t care and that he could eat behind the counter because he’s a cashier.
