I’d like to ask the person who prepared my double cheeseburger with everything on it...does it hurt to season the two flimsy “patties”? Like at all? I was so hopeful for this place but my visit today at the Harry Hines location was devastating.
It tasted like a completely unseasoned burger and the quality of meat was quite literally the worst I’ve ever had. I hate to say it but the only flavor I got was from the ketchup I put on the burger and I’m glad I had that.
To anyone who goes to this location, goodluck! I hope you have a better experience than I did.
The only positive is the older woman who took our order was friendly and thorough.

I’ve been to the drive-in location and had a better experience. This location had hot, crispy fries but the burgers were mediocre. The cleanliness and atmosphere (pretty shabby) could use some improvement. The customer service was not bad but not great other.

Well unfortunately something has changed instead of a tight little juicy burger we got this oversized bun that was dry, a patty that look like it belonged at McDonald's. Not the burger I come here for.

I’ve been craving a burger from Kellers for about a couple of years… so I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, strawberry shake,and a grilled cheese sandwich.. everything was good except the burger… the meat was cold and tasted old… very upsetting that I didn’t get to enjoy what I was really craving…. Please throw out your old meat… Don’t cook and serve…. someone might get food poisoning from it.

I liked the burger. The tots were too greasy for my personal preference. The Diet Coke was amazing! I can’t stop thinking about the Diet Coke I had here 😂 overall, you should try this place out.

This has been on my must try burger place in DFW. Got a chance on Thursday afternoon. I got there and was not sure on the procedure. One of the wait staff walked by and I told her this is my first time and how do I order my food. She said that she will be taking my order.
Ordered Cheese burger with Jalapeños and fries. When the food was ready she got it to the car and took my CC for payment and came back with receipt.
Food: Burger was delicious with mustard, jalapeño’s and onions. Fries were on the oily side.
All in all a good experience and one burger place off the list.

Burger Patty was thin as a slice. It did not match their original advertisement picture they had before. It was as thin as in N out. Quality is not as good tho. $16.51 for two drink, cheeseburger, corn dog, and onions rings. It's better to go in and out or Griff's for better deal and quality. Be prepared for elderly lady carhoppers!
